Not sure about the low reviews on here as our meal was perfect! The beef yakisoba was perfectly cooked and tender, the gyoza were crisp with a good filling, and the chicken teriyaki was succulent, sweet and charred! Had a good crispy texture on a few pieces. Well priced, old school joint. Worth going to for a solid cheap meal (and some leftovers!)
Small and pleasant mom and pop shop. They were nice and the shop was clean. The only gripe that I have is more of a personal preference, I wish the meat was a little bit more charred.
A small Teriyaki place but huge food portions. This place has been there for 25+ years and is popular with UW students
Really good food and pretty decently sized portions. Anyone that complains About this place is straying from the topic that they serve good food at a reasonable price. Also I’ve never had to wait longer than 15 mins for food. I look forward to returning. I gave it 5 stars because for a hole in the wall teriyaki place, this is top notch.
Good Terriyaki! The spicy is not as spicy as other places, it’s slightly sweet but it’s good, and they give you a heads up about it not being too spicy.
Some of the best gyoza I’ve had in a Seattle in the last 6 years!
A small restaurant with big flavor. I've never been disappointed with the food or service. You can tell that the food is made with care and passion.
Very good food. You can substitute with extra rice instead of salad.
Price is a tad high but the chicken teriyaki I had was worth it.
Above average tasty teriyaki but skimpy on sauce and portions are modest compared to others. Good if you in area but not worth a trek.
Good for for price. The chicken teriyaki was average and the gyoza was very crispy. The pork teriyaki was the best as the juices permeated through the meat.
Delicious spicy teriyaki chicken, almost Korean style. She gave me recipe for salad dressing. Would go again.
