I am a huge Jimmy Johns fan! Usually get their Beach Club and Veggie sandwiches! Never disappointed. This location was quick to get my group order delivered. Ample indoor seating ans staff is nice and polite! Recommend placing an order through their app for Freaky fast jimmy John rewards and pickup in store if that works! They usually take 10-15mins to keep the sandwich ready! Parking outside this location can be a pain! But usually since we place a pickup order we rush in and out of this store pretty quick! All in all love Jimmy Johns!
Had a great experience with this place! So glad to have options in downtown Seattle. We all had the Italian sub and it was so fresh, full of meat and cheese.... I actually left myn plain (without V/o) and loved it!! The bread was so fresh, that I did not need the dressings. Everyone else slathered theirs up and were raving about its freshness and amt of meat.
I ordered it for our whole office after our meeting and can not wait for this to be delivered tomorrow! I truly am craving this sandwich!!
We will be into the store I am sure..sooner rather than later. They are so customer service oriented, easy to work and were a true pleasure!! Excited to have this in our backyard!!!
While working a Seattle trade show I used the JJ app and had a delivery arrive and it was not what I ordered when I opened it up. I called the number on the receipt and the manager said that I could give my name and number and come it to get what I ordered next time. During the show I walked to the JJ and asked for the manager and the manager the was very nice and made me the sandwich that I wanted and a 2nd that I was willing to pay for at no charge. I told him that the 2nd was not necessary but he insisted. Thank you!
Food prepared quick, there was a new girl who was learning the cash register, and her coworkers assisted, and advised and it was less than 4 minutes from start to finish. The atmosphere was great, other locations are nearly as quick, clean, efficient, or pleasant. What a great team.
The employee that took my order made sure it had all the toppings and was very fast, good customer service is a breathe of fresh air in Seattle thank you
Got to this location at 6:45 kids locked in lobby eating. They were still excepting online orders, yet not making the sandwiches.
Great food! And I will definitely return. That said, staff could use a redirect and be more customer centric. I'm glad they're having fun back there, but yelling throughout the establishment is unnecessary and pompous.
Fixed just the right amount of hungry, friendly customer service, fresh and tasty subs and a big cookie for home each after a long day. Jimmy Johns is my go to sandwich place no matter what city I’m in because I know I’ll get a good sandwich. This particular store is no different. As expected, the food was good, and the staff was super friendly.
