So, while hanging out in Seattle waiting to go to the Astro Lumino light show, we decided to fi d somewhere to have dinner. We ended up here with no expectations. Right off the back, we both agreed that the atmosphere was very appealing. The lighting and the decor were perfect for us. Tera was our server for the night, and she only made things better as the night progressed. She took the time to go through the menu and gave recommendations based on things we liked, and the choices didn't disappoint. Thers was a mistake on her part with our order due to her taking our orders multiple times because we couldn't decide lol She didn't hesitate to take care of us and didn't charge us for it. We definitely recommend this place if you haven't had italian food in a while.
Great Italian place in Seattle!! Classic dishes yet modern. Excellent food and drinks with great presentation. Highly recommend this spot!
The bolognese and house salad were amazing!
Great service and food. We ordered Carbonara and Meatball spaghetti. They were delicious! Appetizer was also very tasty. Highly recommend.
I truly adored this place!! It was perfectly open yet intimate, and the staff were so kind and genuinely good at their job! I got myself a pizza so that I could have leftovers. The sausage mushroom pizza was perfect! I paired it with the house white wine, but the drink selection was so extensive that I could have easily spent several hours trying various drinks!
First time going to Luigis and my husband and I were not disappointed. Staff: When we arrived it was busy however were greeted and seated quickly. Staff checked in on us throughout our stay which we appreciated. They were all so friendly and nice.
Food: Cesar salad, carbonara, and pizza. To start, the salad was light and fresh. Carbonara pasta (my dish) was creamy very rich in flavor and well balanced. All the ingredients complimented each other very well. I ate all of it! Don't judge me, it was after the mariners game and after having a couple of drinks (lol).
Pizza had gooey cheese and a crisp crust which my husband really appreciated. Also, it had the perfect amount of sauce, not too saucy.
It was empty when my friends and I arrived for a late lunch so no crowd to speak of. The staff were polite and my food and drink were quite good! I got the ricotta with goat cheese and blueberries because it sounded like such an interesting combination and I would order it again in a heartbeat!
I had a mixed experience and was between 3 and 4 stars.
I ordered the chicken parm, which comes over spaghetti. The spaghetti had a nice flavored and robust sauce. The chicken was ok, but could have been thinner and softer to eat.
We arrived sometime before 6pm and had to wait almost an hour for our food to come of the kitchen. Service was slow, the waitstaff and bartender were friendly, but probably could have asked if we wanted refills on our drinks.
Seems like this is a popular spot with locals, and fills out on soccer game nights.
Two couples went to celebrate our wedding anniversaries based only on the reviews. We decided to try the Italian Table and proceeded to have an amazing dining experience! The food just kept on coming. Appetizers, breads, salads, and pastas. When we thought they were done, they brought out the main course! Even dessert was incredible. I won’t bother to describe each thing since it is different each day but all four of us were incredibly impressed with the quality and taste of each and every item. I like the fact that there was plenty of food for all of us to enjoy but not so much that we were stuffed or had tons left over. For all of this the bill was less than $400 including cocktails, tax and a good tip (service was great too). I will absolutely go again next time in Seattle and highly recommend Luigis for any occasion!!
Really nice place with a great atmosphere and very tasty Italian food.
We recommend the gnocchi and lasagna!
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Luigi's Italian in Seattle, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The highlight of my meal was definitely the lasagna. It was cooked to perfection, long noodle pasta, flavorful meat sauce, and just the right amount of melted cheese. It was truly excellent in every sense. The house red wine I ordered was also on point, exactly what I expected from an Italian restaurant. Lastly, I couldn't resist trying their pizza, and boy, was it phenomenal. The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and delicious. Overall, Luigi's Italian provided a fabulous dining experience for me, even as I dined alone after work. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine in Seattle.
