Good sized (read: small) taco place in Fremont. The tacos themselves are small, and are usually ordered three to a plate. I had the carne asada tacos on flour tortillas (you can also order corn ones if you want), but there are a number of fillings on hand, from traditional meats to seafood to vegetarian. Good selection of appetizers, drinks on tap, and even choco tacos for dessert. Atmosphere is lively without feeling overcrowded. Best of all, you won't feel stuffed afterward. Good spot for dinner or food after a night out.

How refreshing to find a place that offers great food, drinks, and service. Corn tortillas are made in house and they are exceptional. The margaritas were awesome, food was fresh and delicious, and the service was spectacular.

This a fun fun spot with good music in the background and a layout that is classic Fremont. Parking is on the street but that's normal for around this area. The area was surprisingly cleaner than downtown so it's a great opportunity to walk around Seattle if you are worried about safety. I sampled a total of 5-tacos. Loved the shrimp the best! The service was friendly and professional. He was intuitive enough to bring us extra napkins and water before we asked for it. That is saying a ton. Midas 5-stars for the intuitive service, and delicious tacos!

Outstanding food and service at the Red Star Taco Bar! Their loaded nachos are a game changer - the perfect mix of cheese, salsa and guacamole, fresh and full of flavor. And don't even get me started on their Margaritas. They're just the right amount of sweet and tangy, the perfect drink to wash down those amazing nachos. The place has a really great vibe, making the dining experience even better. Hands down a five-star spot, can't wait to come back!

De-lish-shush! Everything was awesome, food came out quick, service was friendly and fast. The pinto beans are like chili so beware, if you're looking for something a bit more tamer in flavor then go with the black beans. They have vegan options. They have 2tacos rice & beans for 13.50! Absolutely loved my time here, will definitely be returning! We got the Sriracha, honey, pineapple and tofu taco, a tequila lime chicken and the carne asada tacos. So much flavor!

We came late at night and were seated right away for food (though the place was still pretty bustling even near midnight). The half order of nachos was a huge serving and really tasty! Chips stayed crispy :) My friend got some tacos (chorizo and chicken) and said they were just ok. They got the wrong order at first so we had to wait a bit for what he actually requested, but the staff was really nice and we didn’t mind. :)

Great bar in Fremont area of Seattle! Albert the manager is awesome super friendly and makes some of the best margaritas I have had! Tried a few of their tacos as well and they are also amazing! If you like spicy you will like their tacos.

This is a 5 star place for atmosphere, late night food, and drinks but it is not my preferred spot if you're trying to eat here sober. I love swinging by here after night out in Fremont when you need something salty to munch on. It's super easy to get a table and the service is lovely. However, if you're going here for a full meal, I'd advise against it. The tacos are dry and overly complicated without adding extra flavor. We came by during dry January because they had mocktails but it just tasted like overly sugary juice. Their alcoholic drinks are much better. Limited street parking only in this area. I usually have the best luck finding a spot along Fremont Ave and 36th Street.

Great spot for taco Tuesdays! (A taco for 2.50 with a 1 drink minimum) service was amazing, ambiance is fun, and great drinks at reasonable prices-my margarita was strong. The tacos were just okay. Would return for the deal and fun weekday night out.

I was gonna call this place a hidden gem but it has 1k reviews so I guess I can't qualify it like that, but I'm surprised no one had recommended it to me before. It's a solid choice for fremont. The vibes on the patio were really nice. We got the queso dip with chips which was decadent and very tasty. We didn't get enough chips but she did pack us some to go. I got the philly taco and a red star taco. Philly taco was okay but red star taco was pretty good. We were also pretty impressed by the price (had we not gotten the queso dip at least lol). I also really liked their hot sauce options and I think I recognized two of them as ones that I saw at one of the local markets. I would come here again.

A favorite go to place, especially now that our youngest meets the "must be 21 to enter" rule. Excellent happy hour food and drinks!

Their outdoor patio was super cute and perfect for a warm day. The tacos were all delicious and I loved that you could order them a la carte so you get to try as many of them as you want. The food and drinks came quickly and everything was just dang delicious. Servers were friendly and helpful and there was plenty of seating even on a taco Tuesday at lunch.
