This place really surprised me with solid customer service today at lunch (11:40-12:00). I ordered pickup through DoorDash and got there a bit early. I was immediately asked by the nice lady managing the pickup orders who I was picking up for. She ended up expediting my order despite the arranged pickup time and I got all the ingredients I asked for. The bowl was quite full as well and the chicken wasn’t dry like mentioned in other posts. There’s also a nice security guard in there. The only issue is the amount of suspicious activity around downtown seattle. I’d like people to be aware that it doesnt seem very safe here at night.

Didnt even trust eating it threw $80 worth of food away ordered through uber eats on my break at work couldn’t get threw and when i got off they were closed. They forgot food also very poorly packed. Sauce all over tacos burritos no meat as ypu can see then gave me half a quesadilla as you can see with the other half empty. Like they just disrespected me because i ordered delivery.

It’s chipotle, you can’t go wrong with rice meat toppings sour cream gauc. Depending on who is serving you, some give you a good portions, others not so much, no consistency.
But if served right, food is excellent.

My burrito was good from this Chipotle’s location. It was accurately made to order. Temperature and taste were just right.
I docked a star because the dining room needed attention. Also, local outside people continuously entering and exiting the dining room for no reason. Safety and security were lacking at 7pm. Just my two cents. Food was fine, courteous employees. A decent Chipotle.

Great for lunch... The other day I ordered food not using the app because the app said cheese was not available. I asked an employee if chips came with the burrito bowl, she said "I'm not sure". A male employee asked her right after if everything was alright she said "yes". I asked her after was there a reason why you didn't ask him if my order came with chips? Then she asked him... Stopped in for a “quick” burrito at 3:00 pm. We were told they were doing online orders only. They should put a sign on the front door or where you usually order. Not a huge deal we already had the app and an account. Our order was to be ready at 3:20, at 3:20 we were told there were 5 orders before ours. We received our one burrito at 3:31. The two gals fulfilling the orders might not be so far behind if the chatted less. One gal was wondering around wiping the same counters over and over again and another guy was just standing around like a deer in the headlights. They had 6 people working. The only one that look efficient was the gal in the kitchen area. AVOID This location (3rd & Pike)!!!!!!

They're never open when they're supposed to be. They frequently turn off their online orders for essentially the entire day, but also refuse to take orders in store (saying they're only doing online orders... which are turned off). When I was finally able to place an online order before they closed them, I received a chicken bowl with cheese/sour cream when I ordered a vegan bowl...

Good option for food. You can select bowl and wraps with vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Though cleanliness was not great restaurant sitting area.
