VEGAN - Had the most amazing vegan tasting menu (I did confirm ahead of time so they expected me). As much as I would have loved to tell you the details of each plate, it was overwhelming and just flat out amazing. Depth of flavor, crunchy, soft, chewy, hot, cold, spicy, comfort, refined, and on and on and on...amazing food. It's all prepared at the open kitchen if you want to marvel at their chef prep skills too. For those looking for a night out with not only quality food, but also some of the best service ever. Must experience.

I was extremely impressed with the fish dishes that the restaurant offered as alternatives for those my family couldn't consume. The quality of the pre-main courses was so high that, by comparison, the main dish appeared somewhat average. Both the service and the food reflected fine dining standards, yet the ambiance was comfortably relaxed, which made our meal more enjoyable. The only drawback was the absence of a designated parking lot, which was a minor inconvenience.

Visited AoT for our anniversary dinner. First time trying out wine-paired cuisine, but we didn’t try all of the fine wines that were offered. So, I have no specific comments on the wines. The menu is very creative, with a mix of French, Italian, and Mediterranean flavors, but again, very unique. You must try the savory goat dumplings and scallops crudo: fresh, soft and tasty! I think I can say that fish/seafood is their usp, although it might be the case that we didn’t try their best meat dishes. Wagyu ribeye was OK, although not the best steak I have had (like in FdC). Desserts were delicious. First time tried brown butter snow, awesome. The citrus-ginger sorbet was also super tasty and unique. The price is OK for a fine-dining ($250+ per head without wine pairing for us). Overall great service and experience!

Wonderful restaurant! Half the dishes were traditional but with a unique presentation. The other half was fall-flavored and creative. Overall it was a great experience, similar to fine dining at this price range in cities like NYC or SF. As for what could be better, I was surprised they didn’t use clear ice in their cocktails, and the restroom towels were very cheap. The main dessert could be a bit smaller (I was really full by the end).

Highly recommend! One of my favorite meals in Seattle. I will definitely be bringing friends and family back next time the menu changes! We throughtly enjoyed our 5 course tasting menu at The art of the Table last night. It was my partners birthday and she is vegan and she was able to enjoy a meal on par or better with everyone else. This restaurant embodies Michelin star food and service in an unassuming local neighborhood in Seattle. Using locally sourced ingredients and roatating seasonal menus, I highly recommend grabbing a reservation asap! Cheers!

Truth be told, I could be happy if this were the only restaurant in Seattle. The service is always great and the food is amazing; not just mind-blowingly delicious, but so inventive and creative as well. Went this week to celebrate my birthday. Started with cocktails by David, who creates wonderful drinks with unexpected flavor combinations. We had the Need to Know and the Fin du Monde. Both great! The menu changes every 2 weeks, which I find amazing. How chef Dustin Ronspies comes up with that many new recipes is a wonder. We started with an amuse bouche of Beet and cherry gazpacho and albacore tuna poke. This was followed by Sockeye Salmon Mosaic (I got the caviar upgrade). Then came the Wild Blue Prawn Taco, followed by the Duck Sausage Crepinette, so rich and flavorful. Next came the lamb chop paired with Mas Doix Salanges Priorat. (Do the wine pairing -it so enhances the experience!) The Cheese plate was followed by the ultimate ice cream sandwich with a matcha and white chocolate cookie and strawberry elderflower ice cream. David created a dessert cocktail for us, because, why not? We always choose to sit at the chef's table which overlooks the kitchen. We find it fascinating to watch the precision with which the plates are assembled. I think the most remarkable part of Art of the Table is the price. This entire tasting menu is $135 (wine pairing is an additional $98.) For fine dining of this caliber, you'd pay infinitely more in most cities. Oh, and the service is always great. Attentive, but not cloying. Our favorite waiter, James, wasn't working, but Leann made our evening wonderful. If you've never been to Art of the Table, put it on your must-do list!

10/10 Tasting Menu and Wine pairing! Carefully crafted and thoughtful tasting menu choosing only the best local ingredients. The sommelier or whomever curates the wine list has a special place in my heart. The menu which changes every 2 weeks to truly showcase the local seasonal offerings. James are server was truly wonderful, passionate, knowledgeable and a true story teller. We learned so much about the food, sourcing and owners. Thank you Art if the Table for a perfect evening. We will be back for the next testing menu!!

We had such an amazing time, our experience was incredible and the food was SUPERB. We celebrated our honeymoon here and just had the best time. It was romantic and David and Leeann were so kind. they made our experience even more sweet and we just felt cared for by them. Highly recommend and excellent romantic date night choice for anyone!

Me and my brother dined here on 12/16 The food and vibe here is really good. No complaints. However, I do think the service is lacking. I've been to a lot of high end restaurants and when you book the chefs table (or counter in this instance), typically the chef will come and speak and introduce a few dishes. The chef never came over and it didn't feel as personal as other chefs table or counter experiences I've had. Other than that, no complaints about the food or restaurant. I would suggest making it a more personal experience if someone is sitting at the counter and paying that type of money to eat in your restaurant… It's doesn't help that we were the only people of color in the restaurant and perception is everything....

We had an amazing experience! Leanne and David took wonderful care of us. I'm vegetarian, and my courses were as delicious and beautiful as my husband's with meat! What a fantastic dining adventure!!
