Had a very nice meal with my kid here. The food is truly authentic (the cheese!) and super delicious. The attention from the staff is also very very good! The margarita is was ok. I would definitely give this place another try on my next trip. Highly recommend it if you want truly authentic and delicious Mexican food with a solid taste of ‘back home’.

First time, what a great experience. Excellent food, excellent service, and a great comfortable vibe. The happy hour is amazing. Delicious, and reasonable. We did

Best tortillas in town! Try their street tacos for sure. Their chicken fajitas is different from what you would usually find elsewhere. The chicken comes soaked a light tangy sauce. The Veggie tamales was surprisingly good. Super friendly staff. Hard to find parking so plan for it.

Food: we started things off by being offered a free tostada - it was very refreshing with notes of lime. We had the trio of salsa with chips which was a bit of a let down. The chips themselves were unsalted and bland, and the salsas were just ok. For entrees we had the enchiladas Rojas which were very good, though the steak was slightly chewy and a little too charred. Service: very friendly manager who seated us and quickly/efficiently took our order. Atmosphere: fairly small restaurant, but didn’t feel cramped. Lots of natural light from the wrap around windows. Inside the decor was a bit sparse, but it didn’t detract from the experience.

Lucked into this delightful Mexican experience. They accommodated our family of 9 splendidly. Everything we had was delicious. Nachos were probably my favorite. Great service, atmosphere, vibe. Wish every shot in the dark hit like this one. I see now they have a million reviews, so I guess it’s not exactly a secret, but we didn’t head there on a review, we were just walking around until we found something that was open.

Amazing food! So surprising. Very cool atmosphere, too. The complimentary appetizer is to die for. Had the enchilada & the street tacos. Definitely recommend the spiked horchata!!!!!!!! Also got lunch and brunch! So delicious for every meal

Finding good Mexican food in Seattle can be hard, but eating at Fogon restored my faith :) I dropped by with a friend on a Friday evening and quickly learned that unless you join the waitlist early, there will be quite a bit of a wait (around 35 min for us). But it was definitely worth it! Before we even ordered our meal, we were treated to a free tostada each, which was light and a great way to start off the night. We then ordered the Queso Fundido appetizer, the Quesadillas Fritas, and Fajitas. The Queso was super warm and stringy, served with some fresh tortillas (there's a stall at the entrance where they make tortillas in front of you!) and spicy salsa. Before we finished the appetizer, we were served our entrees. The quesadillas were crispy, topped with yummy cotija cheese, cabbage, and a crema. I heard only good things about the fajitas! Something I love about this place is the number of vegetarian options we had. There were plenty options for my vegetarian friend and I to choose from, which isn't something I take for granted. Also, the portion sizes were very generous and gave us plenty of leftovers to take home! Definitely recommend Fogon and would be happy to come back!

This is a fun atmosphere to enjoy a meal in. We stopped in per a recommendation, it did not disappoint. They offered their regular menu and a lunch menu. I had the strawberry margarita with their 1/2 size nachos and wow, the portion was more than plenty. Nachos were amazing!! Enfrijoladas and carne asada were on point as well, this was the first time I’d seen them offered at a restaurant. My daughter loves enfrijoladas when I make them so this was an easy choice, I know she loved them because she cleaned her plate. Definitely would come back. Thank you!!

The food was great, and authentic. I got the tacos and they were awesome. If I'm ever back in the area I will be going there again for sure.

Absolutely our Favorite Restaurant in Seattle. Sometimes it’s a little bit of a wait to get a table, but some how our 2 end bar seats are always waiting for us. Great Happy Hour! And always amazing service. We LOVE Y’all!
