The Diller Room has an awesome and expansive history which makes it worth the trip alone.
Aside from that the cocktail I had was stiff and tasty!
We had their vegetarian sliders (made with mushrooms). Don't scoff meat eaters. My BF and I do NOT believe in veggie burgers. But these sliders rocked!

1 hint: if your headed to the back room mind the little step at the split wall.
On our girls day out we went in for a quick drink. The cocktails we each had were delicious and they have a very large variety of alcohol the choose from. Love the charm of the building and the history. Great location to stop in for a drink.
Visited on Friday night. Absolutely loved the vibe! Clean and well maintained. The lights inside are very dim but not too dark. The bartender was friendly and gave good suggestions for cocktails and food. The cocktails are spot on 👌🏽 loved the drinks 🍹 😋 mushroom pizza was awesome 👏🏽… great spot to enjoy with friends and as couples!
Total vibey and chill cocktail lounge, in an old hotel. The cocktails are yum and the service was great! The two tattoo guys behind the bar definitely know what they are doing and it shows! Highly recommend for craft cocktails.
Cool, comfortable. what seems like a local spot, with friendly people and a lively atmosphere. Attentive service with craft cocktails made with pride. But they also have a wide assortment of other drinks including White Claw. Reasonably priced with good music.
Our bartender, Chris, was very friendly and gave great recommendations about local places to check out in town. Impressive liquor selection, excellent cocktails and ambiance.

Great local bar with a great staff and many many bottles. Top notch all the way! Always a tradition to go to the Diller when we are downtown. Highly recommended.
Do you like a wide selection of booze? What about some classic aesthetic? If so, I think you will love The Diller Room. I stumbled across this place years ago and keep coming back when in town. The jams are wonderful but they won’t take your selection, as they shouldn’t. Just sit back, relax, and let Chris and Zane take care of you. Thanks again for the years of awesomeness, we will be back soon, I promise.
Honorable mention, the bathrooms smell great and the hand soap is even better.
Diller's is an excellent pub on the corner of university and 1st ave ( very close to the university street light rail station). It has a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere with a long bar and a room in the back with tables and chairs. The bartenders have provided good customer service during my many visits there and for some reason they play a lot of 80's music at this bar (a huge thumbs up from me). I have met some interesting people here and a fairly diverse crowd comes here. It seems to get busier after 9pm. They also serve a limited food menu, the woman next to me said the pizza was really good (it smelled really good). Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area and want a good place to have a drink.
First couple of hours in Seattle and I walk down the hill and there is this bar. Matt Alexander and Willy took great care of me and my 5 people. Great drinks, great service, a clean and secure bathroom and everyone was friendly to boot! A+. We will be back!
