I stopped in to get some greens—they’re vegetable of the day was sautéed Chinese broccoli. The broccoli was actually quite tasty and the chili sauce they provide is very good (and apparently made from scratch in-house). The Americano I ordered was kind of whatever.
Atmosphere isn’t the best but it’s in Pike’s Place so you know what you’re in for when you sit down to eat. The women running the place are quite friendly people. Prices are a bit steep, but it’s also Seattle and a heavy tourist zone, so that’s kind of besides the point.
I liked what I had, but only had one simple dish, so can’t speak volumes about the menu’s offerings. Try some veggies if you’re feeling a need for warm greens!
I love this place. I'm a regular. The staff are very kind. The food is all made extremely well. I have never had a bad experience here.
Had the seafood pineapple fried rice with yellow curry. I lt was real good, forgot to take an initial picture but I managed to empty the plate. Will come back to try more items from the menu. Also, the spicy oil is so good.
First time here and I loved this food so much, we got the shrimp fried rice and sweet and sour chicken… DELICIOUS 😋
I had a delicious whole lobster here, stir fried with ginger and scallions to perfection. Very pleased with the $60 price tag and the generous portion size. Location can’t be beat, I will definitely be back!
I came to this restaurant 2 years ago and had the most delicious crab in my life. It s the salt and pepper crab. It is perfectly cooked, and you will literally lick your fingers and maybe even the plate to get every bit of it! We came back the next day to have some different items on the menu which were equally as delicious! The restaurant is small, but you get a beautiful view of the wheel. Try this place you won’t regret it.
Chinese home cooked comfort dishes. 家常便饭. Enjoyed the cuisine hot from the kitchen. If you want takeout lunch, buy pizza instead. Expensive? Must be the inflation.
Great service, hot and fresh food (though not the biggest portions), and a small, humble venue.
Best Har-Gow I've ever had - plump and juicy! Despite being New Year's Day, this tidy restaurant tucked in the heart of Pikes Place Markets was pumping and we were lucky to get a table. Having travelled up from Portland that morning, we were starving and the Cantonese style cuisine hit the spot and all the dishes were delicious. In addition to the prawn dumplings, the char- siu hombows were a particular standout.
The quality of the food here is top notch! Everything was delicious and the waitress gave such a great recommendation. It was a little spendy, but the food was well worth it. We got the Spicy chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and crab wontons. Good food with a good view!
