This is a usual watering hole in the downtown neighborhood for many of us who live in the heart ❤️ of the city and as such it's about the only Starbucks left here in the area..where at one time not too long ago we enjoyed a Starbucks on almost every corner... So this place has always been a high achiever for great customer service and a friendly smile...yesterday however I actually had to leave because of the tremendous amount of homeless people just sitting in the tables and chairs, not buying anything and occasionally begging for a hot coffee or something to eat...I was holding up pretty well as I surprised myself until this one homeless man began pacing and he smelled SO Bad that I was actually getting sick to my stomach so I almost bolted to the exit door before it got any worse... I get it...what's the quick fix? Don't know I only came for my morning coffee and the service was top notch.
