Exceptional lunch and decent beer selection for a quick drink. Excellent variety of wines and scotches. Great decor and friendly staff. Correct wine glasses in use. Could use right glassware for beer.
Delicious food and excellent customer service in an expedited manner. The farmstand breakfast bowl was delicious, somewhat healthy, and very satisfying. The gentleman at the counter at 0630 every morning was helpful, quick, and personable. I was able to sit and eat my breakfast and latte and be at work down the street in under half an hour. Thank you for making my work trip enjoyable!!

It's a nice place to grab a late meal while at the hotel. We got in to Seattle a bit later in the evening and our options were limited...but The Bistro was open until 10pm. The menu is limited but there are a few decent options. The price...for where it's located was actually reasonable.
I got the Flatbread Pizza for $12 and my dad got the burger and fries for around the same price. We don't drink alcohol, but we sipped on water and diet Pepsi...turned on an NHL playoff game, talked, planned out some sights to see, and just relaxed while taking in the atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Omar was a lot of fun to talk to and very nice.
My dad accidentally knocked over his crutches and from across the room yelled, "I'LL GET THAT...YOU JUST STAY DOWN!"
When it was time for the check Omar made us feel like family as he told us about the city and his life. Overall, it's a convenient spot in the hotel and a nice, quaint, reasonably priced spot to grab a drink and enjoy some food...and if Omar is working...have a fun conversation.
I ate here the first night I check in. It was 30 minutes before they closed.
The staff was nothing short of amazing.
They are the reason I came back for breakfast and dinner on my last day at the hotel.
I like that they have a variety of foods for all types of diets. I tried the bbq chicken flatbread & glazed salmon for dinner. Both were exactly what I needed.

We came down for breakfast during our hotel stay. I ordered the breakfast burrito thinking it would be something frozen thrown into the oven. Although the burrito was huge and tasted amazing, just be prepared that everything is extremely expensive! I guess that's to be expected for downtown Seattle. A little bowl of cereal is $7, for example. Everything has a high price and adds up quick! That being said, overall taste is excellent!
The in house restaurant has a great staff, delicious food, and Starbucks coffee. Ample seating, small TVs in the booths and about average price for in-house eatery.
The Bistro is really amazing. Like a hidden gem. Ask for Mary Jane - she is a modern hostess with the mostess, really. She without hesitation helped and really accommodated. Breakfast options were amazing, staff at breakfast was amazing, beer options were solid, we really loved it!!! Great location as well!
Great place to wind down or visit before heading, out, perfect menu, great food, local IPA's and cocktails. Strongly recommend.
This restaurant is full of caring warm hearted people, They have fresh juicy fruit and great management. I will 100% be coming back to dine.
Both times we dined and drank here, the service was excellent. A big shout out to Alex the bartender too. Very great guy with some good insight into Seattle. Pours a good drink too!
Enjoyed the waffles with walnut and berries, the French Toast with strawberries was okay. Coffee and the brownie ala mode (also with walnuts) was very good. Breakfast options were about $11-15. Service is friendly and quick.
