Pro: great authentic pho, at a fair price. Con: cash-only, with a difficult menu, in a somewhat beat-up building. Go if you're looking for a warm, filling, veggie-rich meal at a dive.
Love their raw beef steak noodle soup, which is the best broth I’ve eaten.
