We had an excellent meal with service to match. Brandy mushroom sauce on chicken with fresh peas and potatoes. We also had an olive caper red sauce on snapper. Botb dishes were good to the last bite. Loved the courtyard and greeting from the owner. Ambiance was delightful. Go early if you don't have reservations. Highly recommend.

My husband made reservations for mother's day dinner and it was the best decision ever,. Everything was amazing, the seating, customer service, the knowledge of our waiters wine selection, the food was amazing Very Italian, beautiful background music, very romantic, amazing place to have a dinner with your loved one.

The place is really great food wise. Very authentic Italian flavors, the olive oil used felt original - something super rare nowadays to find. Also if you visit the place, be ready to taste Italian the way it should be. I was impressed. As for the service and atmosphere, I didn't feel anything stands out. Honestly not super impressed but there is nothing in particular to complain. Simply put I have had better gestures when visiting a place matching La Fontana stature in the Greater Seattle area. Since this dinner was to celebrate a birthday, they could have maybe made dessert complimentary.

Tables around the fountain really add to the ambience of this restaurant. We were seated inside though, felt like one was dining in Italy, very rustic interiors. Service was good, they checked on our table several times. Food was good, though the quantities were too much. Enjoyed my pesto pasta. Risotto could be better. Deserts were decent. All in all, a good date night spot.

We wanted to visit in September but there were no tables available until November. This place was worth the hype! The atmosphere was wonderful. It was 45° outside but they had heaters outdoors, and we sat near the fountain. It was a Saturday night but our server, Jeff, was attentive and gave great recommendations! Make sure to ask what the specials are. The food was delicious; it was the best Italian food we've had in Seattle. We will definitely return soon.

Waited for 2.5 months to finally get our reservation and it was worth the wait. The service was immaculate and the food if you like creamy Italian dishes, this is your heaven. We ordered the calamari, mushroom risotto, prawn tortellini and ended with tiramisu. So much flavor in each bite. Will be coming back for sure.

Came here early and was able to be seated. They are usually booked out for a while. Food was good but not the best. Appetizers had too much vinegar but the pasta was good. Servers were amazing and I enjoyed the atmosphere. Parking is difficult.

I recently had the pleasure of celebrating my anniversary dinner at this establishment just last week. The courtyard seating truly captivated me with its exquisite beauty, providing a delightful and romantic atmosphere. The service we received was both friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyment of the evening. However, when it came to the food, it seemed to vary depending on what you ordered. Regrettably, my dish lacked distinctive taste and fell short of expectations. Additionally, our appetizer was excessively sour, while the wine we selected was merely satisfactory and it was $90 for the bottle. On a positive note, my partner expressed satisfaction with his chosen dish, finding it quite enjoyable. It appears that the culinary experience here can be a hit or miss, depending on your selection. Although the bill amounted to over $200 for a bottle of wine, two entrees, and one appetizer, I must admit that the allure of the courtyard atmosphere has not lost its charm on me. Considering this, I am inclined to give them another chance in the future, perhaps to evaluate their suitability for hosting our retirement party next year. If you're seeking a location with a romantic ambiance, this is the perfect spot for you.

Absolutely delicious food and exceptional service. The host kindly worked us in and the atmosphere was wonderful. The whole staff was so kind and went above and beyond with recommendations and making sure we were taken care of. I had the ravioli which was delicious and the bruschetta was wonderful. Great way to start our trip to Seattle, I can’t recommend it more!

Best restaurant I’ve ever been to by far. This just really had the perfect mixture of amazing food, incredibly caring staff and a beautiful romantic atmosphere. Thank you for making my wife’s birthday memorable. I full on feel that you get more than what you paid for. The prawns in my dish (Linguine Di Mare) were just that, giant prawns. Not some little shrimp that you get at other restaurants. The show stealer in my opinion though was the bruschetta. It was perfect. Perfect thickness of bread, the tomatoes were fresh and the bread was perfectly toasted. panna cotta al limoncello was fantastic with a perfect texture. Liris and crew, thank you for a wonderful evening. We really appreciate the hand written birthday card you made for my wife. That level of service and hospitality is extremely rare nowadays. See you soon.

It was my first time at this place and I was not disappointed. The ambience is cozy and warm. With brick wall linings it goes for an old rustic look resembling restaurants with English basements in NYC or the Midwest. The food was delicious, I sampled smoked salmon with ink colored pasta. They serve bread baskets with olive oil. Don't hesitate to try their desserts. The joint is on the pricey side but worth it!

Every single dish we got was amazing I don't think you can go wrong here. Very well portioned as well. Vibe was amazing, summer in the courtyard was a very romantic vibe. The staff was probably the friendliest ever but it was a little slow so just prepare to be there for a while if you want 3 courses. Highly recommend
