We spent five days in Scottsdale and loved the coffee and bagels! They have awesome breakfast sandwiches, I loved the Garden Avocado! Friendly staff!
What a unique Einstein's brother location and the location and the staff here is super friendly and has a great backstory from their relationship with Caribou Coffee. Thank you for the good times and this location also has a nice little imitation fireplace as well as good table space.
I finally got around to circling back to the Einstein Bagel. I had stopped eating the bagels due to a rough Transitition after it was sold. I will freely admit it was surely worth it, Kaitlyn served me and I am happy to recommend this location. They bake great bagels and make one great sandwich!!!
My son and I stopped in for breakfast. I think they had some new employees. We ordered the All Nighter and Texas Brisket bagel sandwiches. Both as a meal, which means you get a hashbrown and drink. Got our drinks, but when the sandwiches came, no hashbrowns. Evidently the cashier rang it up wrong
Lexi was phenomenal today! Greeted me with a smile, made my food super quick and it tasted simply divine! Would come here again any time, such a good experience!

I get a turkey bacon avocado add salmon on an asiago bagel with a coffee refill and leave with a smile. The manager Asia has been real good to me over this past year, thanks.
The bagels here are great. Somehow the dark roast coffee got some flavoured coffee beans in it, not sure if it was vanilla or hazelnut, but the staff were great at correcting it. Seseme bagels are simply amazing! I will be back.
Updated: Initially I had a non-ideal experience but the customer service team reached out, took my feedback seriously and made an effort to act on it. I am satisfied with the overall experience with the company given that they listen to customer feedback.
Although last year I had an encounter with a manager that was far from pleasant, everyone deserves a second chance. He has been very nice as well as all the other staff. They have been on point for the past year. I’m happy to come back every time.
