The service here was phenomenal! The staff is friendly, helpful, and always in great spirits. The wait time for food was within 5 minutes and everything on the food tray was fresh! The tables were slightly messy however not dirty to the point you couldn’t sit. There was a gentlemen working the tables that cleaned it up for us right away and offered to refill our drinks!

Shake Shack's regular burgers are excellent, but their secret weapon is their chicken burger. The custard is smooth as silk.
Celeste made my experience today at shake shack absolutely wonderful when she greeted me with a beautiful smile. She was patient with me as I was explaining my dietary restrictions! I was thrilled that there were gluten free options. Restaurant was clean, service was fast!
Excellent place to grab a great burger or chicken sandwich and fries! the place was VERY clean and the staff was VERY friendly and sincerely kind (not fake nice). Shout out to the Cashier, Celeste for being good at her job and very fun to converse with ! 😊. Good customer service is a lost art and GREAT customer service really stands out so this restaurant definitely stands out because of all these things! I highly recommend you try it!
You order and pay at a register like its fast food, but they make it fresh for you. There's seating inside and one person getting sides of shake sauce. Maybe it's a European thing
No fault of the staff here, but given how busy Fashion Square is (especially on weekends), it's hard to execute an outstanding experience. Be prepared for 20-minute waittimes for food as well as lost orders. It just comes with the territory.
The food itself is what you've come to expect from Shake Shack. I love that the menu isn't overly complicated (been to a Jack-in-the-Box recently?!). The kiosk makes the ordering experience unfussy. Today, I had the spicy fried chicken sandwich. Great quality of meat, but just so-so on the spice level. Basic fries were nice.
I like the ease of this location. Honestly, the one at Kierland Commons is nicer, but the Fashion Square one is good for quick-in, quick out.
Our family had a great time here while visiting AZ! There were plenty of tables, we didn't have to wait long for our food, and they had a great area to put our stroller! The food was also great, as usual for Shake Shack.
Love the double shack burger with Bacon! Also the cheese fries and strawberry lemonade are great! 10/10
It’s really good, don’t be wrong, however in n out beats the price. They are both very different establishments, but it’s easy to compare. It’s just a little bit more pricey, that’s all. It’s amazing, so if you’ve haven’t tried it….go have yourself a shack burger!!
It was very busy when we arrived and the whole time we dined in, but the young staff did a good job of being friendly and efficient. They moved the line along at a reasonable pace. The food was really good, but we were also a little disappointed at how small the burgers were. I bought 4 sodas, 4 burgers and 4 cheese fries. My bill was over $80 and that was before the tip. Kinda expensive for what I thought was a fast food burger place. We also waited a while to receive our food but like I said they were fairly busy. I only mention it because the other group we came with was almost finished eating their food by the time my family received ours. Overall we did enjoy it and I would eat there again.
