December 6, 2023 Quiet night on the town and perfect for a great dinner with a dear friend at Virtu Honest Craft. We sat at the bar so we could hang out with the Chef Owner, Gio Osso and catch up. Of course if you dine here you must order the octopus. It is a specialty and delicacy. And Gio does an amazing job. On the menu it is Polpo. You will not regret this. And since I’ve never tried chefs pasta, I went with the Rigatoni. Perfectly cooked. Not too al dente but just right. The sauce was a blend of flavors where you can see bits of brasato and the flavors bursting. Blended with goat cheese, porcini and light tomato sauce, it was an amazing array of flavors that makes you want to savor every bite. We topped the evening off with dessert. OMG is all I can say about the Cioccolato. Do not try this if you don’t enjoy chocolate. This was a treat in and of itself. An espresso and old fashioned are great sides to any dish. 😉 The photos speak for themselves. Definitely high marks on all levels and certainly recommended again and again. A lovely night out in Scottsdale. The service and atmosphere at Virtu are reminiscent of Europe, and makes for a perfect romantic or cozy evening. We sat on the patio and it was beautiful. The food was very good overall, with a good balance of flavours and high quality ingredients. I would recommend getting a pasta dish to share with your main otherwise you may leave a little hungry. All in all, I would recommend Virtu Honest Craft if you’re looking for a nice night out.

The menu is amazing. The service was superb. I made this reservation two weeks in advance, and put in a special request, and it was 100% accommodated. I was able to surprise my partner before we even arrived. The kitchen was so accommodating to food allergies and sensitivities. And they had so many options! This quiet, tucked away, beautiful gem is worth the search.

Everything was outstanding. From the moment we sat down to the moment we left, we were treated to wonderful service and attention. Ivan was both friendly and professional. He was always going above and beyond for us. And the food, just amazing and so delicious. Each course made me feel happy and special, and the dessert brought me back to my childhood. Thank you for a terrific experience and dinner we will never forget!

We had an incredible price fixe 3 course meal here on the cute outdoor patio. If I have any complaint, it's that there was too much food! I chose the burrata starter, the duck entree, and the pistachio bread pudding for dessert. The bread pudding in particular was spectacular and the perfect choice for someone who does not have an especial sweet tooth - it had some salt thanks to the nuts. Really glad we found this place!

Amazing place!. Lol I had no idea what most of the food items were but our waiter was fantastic with explaining everything. It was very expensive but one of the few places worth every penny. The whole staff was great, the menu was amazing, and the cocktails were "lit" (as the kids say). I ordered the asparagus topped with an egg for the appetizer. Phenomenal 🤌. For the entree, we ordered the Smoked Duck, and the Grilled pork rib chop. Both plates were amazing and very tasty. For dessert we ordered the Bread Pudding. Overall this was a great experience and would love to come back again.

We absolutely loved our experience here! We sat outside in December and the heating lamps and blankets made it a super comfortable experience. We had the absolute BEST waiter, Gary! He hands down elevated our entire experience and we feel fortunate we had him to make the whole night even better! Each round of food was phenomenal and the portions are amazing for the price. We had two amazing bottles of wine along the way and after dinner drinks too. Highly recommend anyone come here for a fun night and if you can request Gary. We’re big fans!!!
