Something about Germans and the passion of perfecting something, wether it be a car or Medicine. In this case Jürgen over here made an amazingly legit Authentic Dönner sandwich!! seriously people this is sort of a hidden cuisine Dönner sandwiches are extremely difficult to find. Do your self a huge favor and go to Curry Up King Authentic German Street Food Walk up to Jürgen and say : Ein Dönner Sandwich bitte For my foodies here The sandwich has a melt in your mouth thinly sliced meat , crunchy veg and a super duper secret sauce of the gods that will make you turn your head like a puppy all that wrapped in a turkish homebaked pitta bread with black sesame of goodness.

The sauces!!!! Just had lunch with family here and it was awesome. The currywurst was amazing by itself, coming with a spicy curry ketchup, but when you add the German potato salad it’s the perfect meal. Sneaking one, or several, of my daughter’s fries and trying all the sauces was worth the glare I received from her. Several different mustards and mayos made everything they touched taste better. I was considering eating my napkin when all was said and done. So great to chat with the employee and hear a little about the restaurant. The outside seating was perfect, too. I highly recommend Curry Up King!

Everything here is great! Always keep my tastebuds guessing and happy for it! I love how easy the currywurst is to enjoy, and with so much flavor! All their sausages are actually German, and they make all their dishes from scratch! Fun to watch them work when I order a schnitzel sandwich and they pound it out right in front of you. Really is fresh! On my list of places to frequent when around the fruitville/ beneva area!

This is a great spot! Whenever I'm having a craving for currywurst, this is my go-to. All of their food is delicious and is just as good as what you find in Germany. Today, they even remade my meal and threw in a complimentary apple strudel with a handwritten note because DoorDash was having issues finding drivers for the area. It was a nice gesture even though it wasn't their fault. Wonderful business owners!

Ordered schnitzel, currywurst and strudel. Schnitzel was great, CW was ok (but that may be on me. Don't think it was bad, but not something I would order again) and strudel was good. Price is a bit high for food quantity BUT not by much and it's specialized so I was fine with it. Good luck and tasty eats.

Just can’t say enough good things about Curry Up King. The Currywurst is so good and tasteful. My favorite was the fries mixed with mayonnaise and ketchup the taste was so authentic, that it brought back memories of when I was little and we used to eat it after going swimming. I am originally “ein Berliner”. So when you want to eat authentic German fast food this place has my stamp of approval! I will be back for sure!
