I had a very pleasant experience at Kam's Bubble Tea & Sushi. I ordered a Banana Coconut Smoothie that was very delicious. Others in my party ordered Bubble Tea items and enjoyed them too. The establishment is clean and has a small dining room available for those wanting to dine in. Items are carefully crafted by staff. The menu has an extensive array of items to choose from. They staff was able to accommodate a dairy-free substitution which was appreciated.
The resturant is small but spacious. My boyfriend and I went for a quick bite to eat and were very surprised how fast and delicious they are! I got a salmon sandwich with a banana coconut bubble tea while he got a tuna sandwich and a sushi roll. The woman behind the counter was amazing and accommodated with my food allergies. I'd love to go back again whenever I'm in town.
Boba was good - chewy and sweet however could have more spring to it.
Flavors were okay - leans to just more sugar than the flavor of the drink. I personally didn’t like the avocado milk tea - but to each their own.

Delicious boba tea, boba smoothies, bubble teas, and other drinks too! Fantastically fresh sushi and noodle dishes. You can't go wrong, please do yourself a favor and stop by.
First of all, they make their boba teas with fresh fruit! Most places fake it, but this place uses ACTUAL real ingredients. It's the best bubble tea I've had outside of Asia. 1000% return every time I am in town.
EDIT: Came back a year later, and 10/10 would recommend again. The fresh fruit smoothies with fruit topping! Man, SO GOOD. Also, add lychee gels. So delicious. I loved it! I really wanted to be honest in my review, so I tried to critique objectively. Love this place. The people are kind who run it, the shop is C L E A N. I'll be back.
I was delighted to find this friendly, family-run place that combines two of my favorite Asian treats! To top it off, they offer a fantastic lunch special of $10.25 for bubble tea, sushi, and a cup of soup!
There are a ton of beverage flavors, and they are now offering rolled ice cream as well. I can imagine this being a nice place for an afternoon snack, if only I lived here!
I notice this place frequently while driving on Fruitville and finally stopped in for the first time just to try the bubble tea. All their offerings are made to order. My boba came with the perfect proportions of everything - ice, bubbles, sugar, milk. I wasn't left with anything in excess when I finished the drink. It is also very fairly priced! Very pleased and will definitely come back.
I have been coming here for years. And I always had a wonderful experience! My favorite rolls is the fruitville roll the mango makes it takes soo good! Also love getting a veggie soup. Has such a nice taste for a nice simple soup. The boba teas are always amazing personal favorite is the Taro coconut with boba! I highly recommend! I always try sushi at other places in town and nothing compared to this place I always end up telling my self why did I ever get sushi else where. And it’s always wonderful to support a small business!

The bubble tea was absolutely delicious! We also tried the rolled ice cream. Two of us had never had it before and it was so good. So many options and choices! Prices were very cheap!
Okay this place is a hidden gem and let me tell you it's fantastic. If you like bubble/boba/milk tea this is a great place to get it. Also, they serve a soup there, a unassuming vegetable soup, but it's probably one of the best things I've ever tasted on the face of this earth. I'm not normally even particularly interested in soups but this stuff is amazing. Small restaurant but it's casual and comfortable. Love it.
