I like this place. I was able to get a simple burger that fit my dietary requirements but tasted really good. They do country homemade style gluten free buns and they ask you how you like your burger cooked - I went medium rare which was perfect. I also enjoyed the sweet potato fries which were not overly salty like they often are elsewhere. The decor is like a clean version of the stereotypical American diner and the staff were very pleasant. The prices were reasonable for San Mateo. I'll be back soon.

Great burgers in a cool retro diner setting. The fries and onion rings are amazing also! Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’d swear they were fried in tallow.

Just another burger chain with small patties, huge buns, and 10 dollar burgers for a single patty.
Just go to Burger King if you want the same quality, look at the picture, the onion is brown.

Rave burger doesn't do lunch on weekdays anymore so I hiked over to Jeffrey's for the first time in years
No more fixings bar, they put the tomato lettuce etc on for you now, but you can tell them to go heavy on the onion or whatever. There's still sauces like A1 and tabasco there at the back counter
Outdoor seating was nice and even though they were busy they were keeping things clean.
Good customizable burger. There's wheat and gluten free buns available. I might have to try the burger with pineapple in it next time, but the avocado one was pretty good. They have mushroom too

This was one of the best burgers I ever had. I had the mushroom burger and it was superb. I also had the garlic fries and the strawberry milkshake. The garlic is real garlic and didnt really absorb into the fries so I would just get regular fries and the shake was fresh and tasted high quality. Would def recc. this burger place to anyone wanting a great burger.

I ordered a burger and a milkshake. I was amazing!! I usually order 2 burgers from other restaurants just to fill my stomach. One was enough here! And it’s delicious. They even make the patty the way you want it to be. I highly recommend this place.
