Awesome attendant, fun to talk to! We bought ordered things over 40 bucks, shared some specials going on, saved us some bucks. Service was quick, loved the experience.
Location is nice as well, bunch of options around.
Flip side, they were out of some food options which were mentioned in the menu.
The food here is good, sometimes there are chunks in the smoothies, which is expected, though from time to time there will be more than expected. Don’t come in at rushes since orders take longer (unless if you use the website/app for an order ahead) though it can be worth the wait. Has some of the best smoothies and large varieties of options.
They always know what I want when I walk in, and make me feel welcomed. They make my smoothie so yummy, every time, and try to get me out the door fast! The employees here have a great customer service attitude!
I rated this place 4 stars not because I consider the product to be so outstanding, but because it delivers on one thing franchise is purported to offer. On a personal level I wouldn't purchase your too often because I find , but if the product is to your liking then this establishment is as good as any of the other franchise locations.
First time at shakedown! I'm super indecisive so I liked that they only had a handful of flavors to choose from. They do, however, have TONS of toppings to decide on! Thought it was pretty cool that they make their sprinkles in-house.
I had the kale shopper but replaced the banana with strawberries. It was delicious! Everything there looked really fresh+ good! Definitely recommend it!
The staff here are so friendly. My son has a dairy allergy and they are always so careful when making his drink.
Quick, friendly service and a yummy drink! At the time of my visit, there was a deal going on where you get a free drink when you buy a tumbler and 10% off every time you bring it in for future drinks.
The surrounding area is a perfect spot to go and have lunch at the eateries or shop. Service here at Jamba Juice is quick and a very friendly atmosphere.
