Susy Cakes has the most delicious vanilla cupcakes, and their cream cheese frosting is perfection!! I love that their buttercream is not disgustingly sweet. I also got to try their orange cranberry cake slice and it was wonderful. The pumpkin cheesecake is delightfully silky and melt-in-your-mouth! I’ll definitely be back! (Also, the manager on shift today was really nice and gave me an extra slice of cheesecake on the house—that kind of kindness wins over any customer!)
This place had lot of good reviews and we stopped by. We got red velvet and coconut tropical cup cake; both were excellent and delicious. They had several other cake slices available and would come again to try those.
Came during the week to grab a couple cake slices and decided to also grab a 7-layer bar which was really sweet. The carrot cake and tropical coconut cake were fantastic. Really appreciate the fact that you can buy by the slice as well. Customer service was great and quick to complete my order. Establishment was clean. Plenty of parking around
Its a cute cake shop in Willow Glen downtown. I absolutely loved their Pumpkin Spiced Cupcake… everything looked cute and delicious. Will definitely visit soon!

If you are in a mood for a cupcake, this is one of the best choice in San Jose area . All time favorites red velvet , vanilla vanilla & chocolate chocolate are really yummy. Also their seasonal specials are a must try.We haven't tried cakes, but the place had really tempting cakes
The whoopie pie is delicious, I couldn't eat it in one sitting it's so large and rich. The cupcakes are delicious as well. Staff friendly. I enjoyed my visit and my sweets! The decorations on the cakes were also pretty impressive.

This photo does not do this amazingly, beautiful, delicious, decadent cake any justice. This cake is the 'Summer Berry Cake'. This was a 6 inch cake, 4 layers and was enough for 7 adults to have seconds, thin slices.
I was so thankful that my father was extremely happy with this cake. In his words "Love, you always seem to pick the best cakes". Honestly all credit goes to Susie Cakes and this specific location. Guys this location has the best employees. I say this because I had trouble with the San Carlos location who were neglectful and careless to assist me when I placed my inquiry about this same cake, they never cared to respond to my email and when I called in the person who answered the phone was extremely rude.
I was desparate and I looked for the next available Susie Cakes to try this specific cake out and this location was a God send 🙏🏽. I made a phone call and spoke to a very nice woman, Rebecca and paid for my cake over the phone. When I arrived the team were wonderful. They greeted me and welcomed me in (my first time there) and everyone had a smile. The vibe in this place is amazing and radiant. THANK YOU SO MUCH for coming thru and making this birthday for my father a magical one. 🥳
Loved the mini cupcakes! Just enough to indulge yourself without being absolutely guilty afterwards. Both the red velvet and the chocolate were little sweet pods that melt in your mouth. Normally I don't like sprinkles, but it actually adds a nice texture to the deliciously moist cakes. I know Susie probably don't need my recommendation but next time I'm in town I'll definitely visit again
