The food here is really good and I loved the atmosphere. If you're looking for good Italian food, I definitely recommend Maggiano's.
They don't tell you (or at least didn't tell us at first), but the holiday menu they have right now is only for if you have four or more people.
We came from date night dinner on a Thursday. It's fairly popular so the wait was like 40 mins. The decor of the inside is quite nice and classic. Service is a little slow, but always nice. Food is from scratch made to order and generally quite good. It's not the most creative, more comforting than inspiring. Also not cheap, but portions are fairly generous, so you aren't gunna leave hungry.
Imo, the best meals are the family style multi course meals where you try an array of dishes with as much as you want.
Family style dinner really worth the price! Unlimited supply of 2 salads + 2 appetizers + 4 entrees + dessert = $41. Plus good taste, hard to give low score! Recommended for team building event!
We love the ambience and atmosphere here. The server was very friendly and patient. I absolutely love their pasta and fried squid! They also have outdoor area, but I personally prefer indoor dining experience!
Great ambience, good food. I haven’t explored the full menu yet, but I loved their four-cheese ravioli. Also, they have an offer to order the same entree as takeout at one third price. I would recommend making a reservation before going on a busy day. They serve fresh bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar before the meal. That bread dip could have been better, but I can't complain as it’s complimentary.
We went here in September to celebrate my kid’s birthday. It was really special. The wait staff were so friendly and everyone gathered and sang birthday song. My kid had so much fun.

I wish there is an outstanding option to click for the reviews because that’s the best word to describe our experience from our recent event. My husband and I are very much a regular customers in maggiano’s. It’s the first time that we hosted an event there and it was phenomenal!! It was way more than we expected it to be. From the friendly staff and hostess who gave us all a warm welcome to the excellent team of servers (shout out to REUBEN and Jakie? I forgot her name but it starts with a J) who took good care of us (especially me) the whole entire time, making sure that I eat and drink while I’m busy entertaining my guests… THANK YOU!!
You guys are amazing and Maggiano’s is very lucky to have such an excellent employees like you guys. You don’t usually get to have this kind of first class service anywhere anymore but maggiano’s staff nailed it. Btw, the food- chef’s kiss!!! It was delicious!! My guests kept complementing everything the whole entire event! I don’t usually write a review. That means to say, I really appreciate you guys! It was such a successful event that I booked another one for next month!!
Omg, first time here, celebrating a 10 year anniversary and the experience was amazing! Parker was our server and she was so amazing. Super energetic and fun personality! She made us feel super special on such a special day! The Chef himself greeted us with a complimentary balsamic bruschetta (and it was to die for!) The food was phenomenal , the staff was just amazing and the atmosphere was very welcoming and diversified. Will definitely come back! 100/10!
My 1st time dining here, theres a private party, so we had to sit outside. However, that didn't ruin the experience. Food was amazing! Ambience was still very good. I'll definitely be back! Superb service!
Great atmosphere, seasoned, tasty food, good seating arrangement being on the high-table to make it a fanciful, intimate atmosphere. My wife and I celebrated our one-year wedding anniversary here and was treated to a sweet surprise at the end. Located in Santana Row, it's best to park in a nearby garage and walk over. Our server did an excellent job making sure our food was ready in a timely manner, and we were able to sample wine.
