Jamba

The young black Ethiopian lady did not blend my smoothy. It had whole mango chuncks in my cup. She act like she does not want to be there.. Just horrible service. She should be fried...... I would have not given you 1 star if i received a answer and a reconcile when I called in.. The staff look like they knew she was up to something. They all ran to the back except the cashier. She mayy have spit in my drink or something. With the attitude like thatits a possibility. Check the camera. I wasin like 3:30 August 9th 2020..

I ordered a bowl for a change and it was heavenly! It had pureed frozen dragon fruit, with granola, shredded coconut, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, and honey. It was very filling and I wish I took a pic because it was hot pink and very visually appealing! This location has exceptionally fast organized service and I highly recommend

Slow service compared to other times I've been to Jamba. Edit: Didn't think corporate would be looking at this, so here's some context. I got into the store around 1pm on November 5th, and there appeared to be 3 people on staff. 1 looked like he was new and in training, and the one appeared to be teaching them about something related to where the dumpster was, and this whole time I waited in line, and there was 3 people in the store waiting, while they fussed over where the dumpster was, and maybe 5 minutes into waiting the lead looked over and said "Hey we'll be with you in a bit". There was a 3rd staff member in the store, and he was off in the back, working on some other chores and didn't offer to help, so I have to assume it's maybe because he didn't have a cash register. After orders were taken for everyone in line, it didn't seem like anyone was working on our drinks, and I didn't get my smoothie for about 10 minutes. So an entire visit to Jamba took about 20 minutes, and they served a total of 3 customers?
