The food was amazing I like that you can add what level of spice you want. Atmosphere was nice as well.

Delicious and fresh. Love the levels of spice, and white meat chicken options. Chow mein, Si Foo and Green Bean are faves in my home. Tofu is delightful of you're craving vegetarian. mild itself has a kick so if you're a spice newbie start there.

Excellent tasting high quality Hunan style food. I especially like the fried pot stickers, onion cakes, hot & sour soup and smoked ham on rice. But everything thing I've had there has been above average Chinese fare. I've been coming here whenever I can since 1982.

Went there on a quiet Thursday night with two other friends and ruthlessly ordered food then proceeded to devour it like we had no understanding of Hunan manners. Which we don't lol. The servers didn't even flinch just brought our delicious food and tea. A bit spicy but that's a good thing. ☺️

affordable food and efficient kind customer service. i got the steamed veggies dumplings and was asked how hot i wanted it served; medium has my nose running :) hot and sour soup was not as hot so it was perfect to mix with my dumplings. was also told there's chicken broth in the soup (since i got a vegetarian option to begin) which is very considerate!

We visited Brandy Ho's during a less busy time of day. It drew us in bc of the cool old building it is in. You can see them cooking your meal. Everyone, especially our server, was so friendly and thoughtful. The food was delicious. I had Generals Chicken and my sister had Curry Chicken. Both were seasoned well and I am sorry I didn't think to take a photo of our meal. They had the most wonderful hot jasmine tea I have ever tasted. The prices were quite reasonable at about $15-$×)20 per person. We were able to relax and recharge there and I look forward to going there again.

Just fantastic. Been eating here 30 years, and it's as good as ever. This is a very distinctive and unusual Chinese restaurant. It has many of the standard Chinese items, but it is known for its amazing Hunan food. A very special place....one of my favorites, and I've eaten a lot of SF Chinese food in my day.

Delicious! It was empty when we went. Food came out extremely fast. The fried dumplings were the first thing we saw on the menu, and it was delicious! We ordered mild but it was still pretty spicy. The cucumber and bean sprouts in peanut sauce were refreshing to cool down the spice from the dumplings. Haha. The meat sauce over noodle isn’t really anything to write home about but the Brandy’s Dinner was 10/10! Flavor paired well with the meat, shrimp, and seafood.
