Though my experiences can be hit or miss here, I enjoy it overall. Tip: sit at the bar if you want better service. I like to stop in here for some wine, maybe a cheese plate or another small plate, and chill. The bar is a great spot, the bartenders are friendly, and it's a fun place to catch up with a friend. It can get overly loud but during the week it's reasonable. Sitting at a table is where things break down - the service tends to be slow and inattentive, and on my most recent visit I was given a dirty plate... which, when I asked for a new one, came back dirty again! We had to get up from the table multiple times to ask for things - to order, to pay our bill, etc. That said, food & drinks are great. Quality cocktails, a solid wine list. Try the bruschettas or the arugula and prosciutto pizza, they're all great.

Friendly staff and decent wine selection. I've been several times no at varying days and times. I've been noticing a slight decrease in quality of service and even the food. I recently got one of the pizzas and the sun dried tomatoes were burnt black beyond recognition and taste. Good spot to grab a glass of wine but there are definitely stronger wine bar options popping up in the Marina.

I'm 63. Went in, (plain cold sober, I might add) asked for a margarita. Got it, no complaints there. Went up to bar to order another, was told by a different barmaid, no, they too busy to make it. I mean, come on, more money for business in taking 1 minute longer to make that, than pass 'Jo-blogs' a beer!!! Not impressed, walked out, and a few metres down road, walked into another bar and got my drink - which incidentally was busier!!! Tossers!!!

We were just disappointed. After we took the seat at the bar, the bartender took our order quite quick, but that's it already. After waiting 45min (!) we decided to ask about our food. My partner did not even get her coffee during that time... Another 15min later, I recieved my food - almost cold and the bread stone hard (it should be a sandwitch). My partner never saw her food and so we decided to leave as soon as we could pay, which was an adventure itself. Note: we visited the bar in the afternoon.
