Although the specific dishes themselves weren’t extraordinary, they were good. I really appreciated they include spinach pie in the #1, Mediterranean platter. The “snickers bar” was also unique and pretty good. All of this for $16.00 was a good deal. They get 5 stars for being open on the weekend when most restaurants in the area are closed.

Overall a good lunch spot if you are looking for Mediterranean. I recommend the lentil soup is probably the star dish on the menu and can be ordered in combination with almost anything else. The gyro is big and tasty and the chicken is well cooked and seasoned. Service is quick, but abrupt. Not a negative, just something to be prepared for.

I didn’t get to try the famed lentil soup but the Mediterranean platter is not great. The pita was warm and soft. I was able to use up the Groupon vouchers in one go because of Thanksgiving closures. The owner is kind hearted. The food is served in a takeaway box and the prices are affordable. Wide selection of beverages.

A decent Financial District spot for Mediterranean wraps and salads. They have a solid number of salad offerings, including tabouleh, Greek, and my personal favorite, spinach. Portions are good-sized, although the gyro meat generally tends to be a bit dry. Overall, it's a pretty good value.

Great hole in the wall Mediterranean restaurant in the SF financial district. Lots of the folks coming in get takeout, but there are a few tables too if you want to eat there. The food is authentic and delicious, the servings are ample, and prices are reasonable. I like the lentil soup, the mojadara platter, and the fattoush salad. Grape leaves are good too. For most people, this would be a meal for two, but sometimes I'll eat the whole thing. I would actually give them 5 stars, but the decor and ambience need refreshing. Recommended, give it a try.

Great place to get your Mediterranean fix. Highly recommended. Though you can eat here, most people take out. The food is prepared in house. Lentil soup is so tasty, creamy and hot not lukewarm. The beef and lamb sharwama is HUGE and flavourful.
