Very nice place with extremely attentive and friendly staff. We came in about 9:15 and they close at 10 pm but it was no problem as they gave us great service. We did have to pay early since the waitstaff were leaving at 9:30 which was not a problem. The food was good but the matar paneer was just a bit bland and watery. But the chicken tikki masala was tomato based but excellent and the chicken was very tender. The garlic naan was outstanding as was the samosa. Those were must orders!! We’ll be back to try other dishes. They had a photo book of many of their dishes which looked great!
I ordered the lunch special for $15 and it comes with two curry and rice. I got the paneer saag and the chicken tiki masala, and everything was very flavorful! It is definitely not made with heavy cream like other places. I think the portion could be a little bigger but overall the food is very flavorful and I would definitely come back for more!
They serve tofu tikka masala. Good eatery. Tandoori breads tasted great. Tikka masala gravy was okay for my palate which wants spice varieties - more of puree textured instead of the rich sauce consistency. Service is good. Dishes reasonably priced for the location near Golden Gate Park.
Great 👍 Delicious food 🥘 “ Lamb 🐑 Curry 🍛 “ & “ Salmon 🍣 Tandoori Fish “ with 4 Tandoori Naans. WOW 🤩 Awesome 👏 🥰.
Favorite new place in San Francisco! The food was amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly. And the restaurant was very clean!! We will definitely be visiting again!
Tip: Try the lamb kebabs- they're delicious!
Great for people who are new to the cuisine they do a good job on that. However for me growing up on these foods I feel it was a bit disappointing. Again not bad for someone who is either not part of the culture or trying these foods for the first time. But to those who grow up on it its a little lacking. Service was great. The atmosphere is more western and it's not a place you go to in large groups. Still fine for a family but not a party with ~20 people
For the price, flavor, and ambiance, this spot hit on everything. Don’t expect some exotic experience here, this is basic, quick and easy with the perfect price point. You can see our whole meal here was $40 out the door and we had leftovers. Definitely coming back or ordering to-go.
Our favorite Indian food in SF! Love all the vegan options. Just delish and reliable. Nice people too. Highly recommend!
Pretty good Biryani and Samosas. The best part of the Biryani was the chicken, I’ll likely get a more chicken forward dish next time.
Food was good. Parking is not free. Customer service is good, a lady from taiwan came as our waitress she was quick and understanding. Rates are affordable, found it cheaper than prices at Cupertino. Ambience is also good, not like awesome. Free saunf is not served after the meal. Only one washroom available for men and women, but it was clean. We went as a group of people around 4 families along with kids. We ordered fries, veggie pakora for starters. I didn't like the taste of pakoras. Children loved the fries and the dip given along with it. Main course had bread basket:garlic naans(tastiest of all), butter naan and other varieties. For curries we ordered around 4, panner mutter curry(had less amount of paneer than expected), aloo tomato Jalfrazi ( was just like a tomato soup consistency and not so good), mixed veggie curry was tasty, I can't remember the fourth curry name. Also we ordered 1 veg biryani which was delicious. For desserts we ordered all 3 on the menu, I liked gulab jamun (which was indeed fresh and delicious), ras malai was too sweet as expected, but I didn't like rice kheer(pudding), I felt the one I make at home tastes better than this. Sorry!
