Wonderful. Amazing. Delicious. Was skeptical about it, but very authentic Mexican food. Cooked to order. Great service. Great beer. Beautiful environment once they have the music playing.

Good Mexican food can be found at Taqueria Castillo. The place looks a bit rundown, but looks can be deceiving. The food is cooked to order while you wait, and cones out very quickly. They have a selection of beers, sodas and water. They accept both cash and card.

Good variety on the menu, super flavourful and good portions - fair but not too big. Glad we found this place!

So good!! If you're into little hole-in-the-wall taquerias (the best kind, in my opinion!) you will love this place. We stopped in most recently a few days before Christmas at about 8 pm and every seat was filled! Granted, there isn't a TON of seating available to begin with, but there are about 10 or 12 tables and a small counter w/ a few barstools along the front window, so it's really a testament to the awesomeness of the food when it's still "standing room only" even after the expected dinner rush! Check it out if you're in the area and in the mood for reasonably priced, authentic Mexican food served quickly (even if there's a line when you arrive!)

This is the BEST Mexican food outside of Mexico. I lived in Mexico and I've travelled the world trying to find a good enough Mexican to compare - it looks abit divey but the food is fresh, clean and amazing. I've eaten here loads and never been ill. They have a great selection of Mexican and American beers too. It's really cheap and really really nice!!!!!

This was an awesome find! We originally were going to a place next to it but we felt it was too busy and decided to get out the Taqueria. We weren't sure it was open, but it was (sign on door said so)! We went in and my husband ordered, he speaks Spanish and so the rest of our ordering was done in Spanish which was fun. The food was so delicious (I had Castillito quesadilla) and portions were much larger than we expected. The horchata was delicious! If we're ever in town again we'll definitely go back!

Excellent burritos. The place is very much a hole in the wall but in a good way. The burritos are huge and flavorful and really priced well. Just remember to bring cash - credit cards are not accepted and I wouldn't want to know what they charge at the ATM right outside.

Great lunch spot for some inexpensive Mexican food. It's not a mind blowing burrito, but it is a solid one that will more than fill your needs for cheap lunch. The ingredients are fresh and cooked quite well. The carnitas was moist and had a bit of fat, which gave it an overall good flavor. I ended up tacking on a fresh, on the spot, pressed carrot & orange juice for $5.80, but it was well worth it due to the quality ingredients used. The staff was also very friendly. Would come back again.
