Loved this place. One of the best vietnamese places I have visited. The interior and atmosphere might be a bit too down to earth for some people, but I loved it. And the food was just perfect!

Nice seating area. I personally love the bun rieu and bun Bo hue here. So delicious and they even use the correct toppings (banana leaf!). The service is OK but you just have to be assertive to wave down a waitress for anything you need. The garlic noodles are also yummy!

Lots of vietnamese options in this little part of sf, but Mangosteen is a step above most in the quality and presentation. It's nice that their prices are still very reasonable. Good size portions, tasty and nice staff.

One of the best, authentic Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Their crab noodles bring me back to Vietnam. Also their Lemongrass Pork Garlic Noodles are the bomb, stop by if your in the Civil Center area!

I cannot say enough about this gem! I was introduced to this spot by some co-workers and I am addicted! The Bun Bo Hue Mu Hat is not to be missed! I also recently had the Banh Xeo (Vietnamese crepe) and it was very delicious. To top it off it's also affordably priced!

Garlic noodles with vegetables and tofu. Lots of baby bok choi, onions and other veggies. Great service. Attentive and friendly. I had dinner for two nights bc of the portion.

Yes, you should try the Bun bo hue. Put a lot of fresh vegetables (come on the side), a bit of spicy sauce and enjoy !!! For 9$, you'll sleep like a baby afterwards :)

Great place to get Bun Bo Hue! The best place in town. Other than that they have very good noodle with five spice.

The garlic noodles are great. It's a pity they're going to close permanently at the end of April 2017. The owner is retiring
