Chipotle Mexican Grill

Food was tasty and staff was professional and friendly. I would give it a 5 star but I disagree the cost of the avocado/guacamole, especially if you are ordering 'EVERYTHING' on your taco and the serving is a tablespoon size-which should not be case if you are paying practically $3.00 for a tablespoon serving! Please inform the staff to warn people that there is an additional charge for avocado/guacamole tablespoon size portion!

It was our first visit to a Chipotle Mexican and it was........ superb ! We ordered a couple of Tacos and a Burrito to share , you actually select your fillings which is great so you don't have anything you don't want. It was super busy but we managed to get a table. Staff work hard to keep up with demand but I feel they need a permanent cleaner as there was food on the floor and on our seats ....

Stopped there today around 8pm after a long bike ride. Everyone was awesome EXCEPT for a girl working there with a nasty deranged attitude. She greeted me by saying "hands off the glass", without at least a please . This individual was not only being disrespectful to clients but also to her coworkers whom I felt sorry for as they all had really great attitudes. She was provoking her coworkers with a deranged face and attitude acting like a smart arse psychopath. She did not have a name tag but she is the heavy set girl with the earing on her nose that was blocking the soda fountain for long periods of time and telling clients that the soda machine did not work while at the same time drinking sodas like there was no tomorrow, she even went to ask a coworker who was busy working in the back to come fix it even though there was nothing wrong with the soda machine/ her coworker told her (3 times) that she was being very disrespectful but she continued with her deranged attitude. I would not have bothered writing this review but I felt sorry for the young folks who work there as they were all working hard and had really awesome attitudes and you could tell how uncomfortable they were with their deranged coworker's attitude. I took out one star to get attention to the review.

Enjoyed the food and service from this location twice during the week. By far on of the best locations I have ever visited. An error was made on a transaction, however, their staff were quick to find a solution. They recognize the importance of fast and friendly service. they demonstrate a customer centric culture which is rare in the fast food industry. Ellis is a asset to the company and organization! I would strongly recommend this location to all who visit San Francisco!
