I am in San Francisco several times a month. Whenever I am, I always make it a point to visit Sai's. It's amazing. Firstly you are greeted and welcomed as though you are family. Then there is the delicious food! The crispy shrimp is out of the world.

Wow this place is outstanding! The team works very hard here, it’s always the same guy seating / serving people, and he’s very nice and gets to know you. I always get the combination plate that has pork and chicken, the portion size is massive, price is fair, and it’s consistently good. I’m looking forward to trying the rest of the menu items too. They also give you tea when you dine in, and it’s very refreshing. One of the best Vietnamese spots in town!

When you go here, you truly feel like you are a guest in a warm home. This is a real family business. They love sharing their delicious food and telling stories of how their family developed the recipes. I really enjoyed the catfish eggplant soup/stew and look forward to going back!

This place deserves a 6 star rating for excellent food and service. The lemongrass beef summer rolls are the highlight for me.

Beef stew Pho was ok. Still prefer the traditional beef Pho instead. The Pho portions was smaller then I’m used to. Loved the non fried shrimp spring rolls! Five spiced sandwich was good.

It was really hot in the restaurant. Vermicelli bowl was delicious, recommend the pork or 5 spice chicken. Get peanut sauce to pour on top! Service was super slow but we hit the end of the lunch rush

Perfect Banh Mi!! I got the five spice chicken banh Mi and it was the best I’ve ever had. The whole staff is very sweet and I loved chatting with them. I’d eat this everyday if I could

Hands down one of the BEST Vietnamese restaurants I've tried, and now one of my favorite restaurants in San Francisco. Big portions, good prices, but most importantly: top-notch food quality. The curry was flavorful without being too overpowering or salty; the grilled shrimp had a slight smoked flavor that went amazingly with the sauce and noodles. The two of us thought the tub of curry was way too much in the beginning, but ended up finishing the entire thing. The restaurant itself is pretty spacious with lots of seats to choose from. Definitely a must-visit, whether you're a lover of Vietnamese food or want to try it for the first time — you won't be disappointed!

Closest restaurant to USCIS Field office. Non descript place.. was there for an early lunch. Menu quite exhaustive and included Vietnamese and Chinese dishes. BO was very friendly and single handedly managing all tables. Bo rightfully recommended the five spice chicken to match my appetitie. Food was flavorful. Complimentary hot tea was welcoming for the cold weather. Plenty of soup bowls ordered with customers slurping them down. The toilet was small and tucked away. Owners be advised that a small makeover would do wonders..
