Mousetrap, their most basic option was quite average. I think i made a mistake going to a fast food place and ordering a sensible food. Next time, I will get something more outrageous like Mac n cheese.

When my pal Cluster Hopinshaver called on Wednesday and said it's National Grilled Cheese day, I was all in!
The American Grilled Cheese Kitchen is Cluster's favorite restaurant, so off we went, the sandwiches were perfect.

I was so hungry and couldn't figure out what I wanted. San Francisco has so many choices that sometimes it makes it harder to decide. I decided to Google to see what was close and when I saw the reviews for the Mac and cheese grilled cheese I had to give it and try, very happy I did.

The food was good. A grilled cheese with bacon and tomato soup...perfect after a flight! We were initially not feeling the small seating space inside, but we ended up at a perfect seat at the bar. This gave us a chance to talk to the waitstaff. They were super friendly and gave us recommendations on where to visit while we were visiting the city. If I lived or worked in the area, I would definitely make this a part of the regular rotation!

Do yourself a favor and get one of everything on the menu! We tried the kale salad and the Moscone sandwich and we were so impressed. The food was phenomenal and the staff was super super friendly. Will definitely be back!!

This my new favorite lunch spot! The staff are super nice (very rare in the entitled side of town). The food is amazing! The price is not outrageous and the cafe is so cute!

Quick little grilled cheese spot! I normally come here before heading to a Giants game, but it’s also a great lunch place if you need something quick and easy. The food is good, but nothing spectacular. They have variety of different grilled cheese sandwiches you can choose from and have vegetarian options too. I usually pair my grilled cheese with a mimosa!

Customer service was excellent! Food even better! The gentleman even gave us some sweets to try! Had the club turkey grilled cheese with the side of pickles and it was yummy 🤤
