This was the first time I ate deep dish and I was impressed on how good it was! The crust of the pizza is the best part! Huge portions so that means you'll have the best leftovers ever for next day!

We were the only customers in the restaurant. I don't understand why. Food was excellent and service was perfect. They have thin-crust pizza and also deep pizza, which is not very common. Good wings as well

The pizza was amazing, so fresh and HOT. The best part of the pizza was the amazing crust. Absolutely delicious to the last bite, 😋 but put honey on the crust you will thank me!!

Excellent place. The best deep dish in California. Dining in is the way to do it and it helps the restaurant stay open and alive. Bring your friends and order two pizza

Love love this pizza. The thin crust is really good, but I just can’t NOT order the deep dish. I love the partial cornmeal crust. The pizza keeps its shape, but makes it easy to stick a fork through. We always get the “Little Star” with roasted garlic. It’s veggie and I don’t miss the meat! I’ve also had the salads and meatball appetizers. Everything is really good. I think the fresh ingredients make a difference. And for some reason, this location of Little Star really stands out in flavor.

Best deep dish in San Francisco. Unique cornmeal crust makes this pizza stand out. Definitely a must visit for Chicago style fans.

4 BIG stars from me. Pizza was crispy and flavorful. The toppings mixed well with the pizza. The deep dish is amazing. Would recommend to anyone. The tomatoes and filling along with the bread mix so well together. Almost perfect from the deep dish. The thin crust lacked that “charcoal” flavor that pizzas can have and had too much oil. Overall amazing pizza and decent prices

My the only love when it goes about dip dish❤️‍🔥Adore their house “Little Star” with mushrooms and crazy delicious sauce with on feta and spinach #2 in my list is classic. Still didn’t give a chance to thin crust… just because dip dish is too addictive. My husband always takes Vegetarian and can’t stop until the last bite is gone!

First time order was pickup, so I will give the benefit of the doubt with an extra star on what I considered a three star pizza. I did a BYO pizza with vegan cheese, spinach, artichokes, and pepperoncini. I have mixed feelings about the portions: generous serving of artichokes (yay) and vegan cheese (maybe not so yay), a little slim on the spinach, and no pepperoncini in sight -- at $2 a topping for a 9" pizza, I am counting every pickled pepper. I forgot cash to tip, so I will consider it collateral. The crust was a miss for me, as I couldn't tell if the goal was thin-and-crispy or thin-and-chewy and it ultimately was thin-and-tough. Understandably, deep dish is their specialty, but sadly, that is not an option for vegans. The true star of the show was the sauce. I wish I asked for extra, as the flavor was muted with the heaps of cheeze. Although I'm appreciative of the generosity, a more balanced pie would have solidified my rating. Staff was accommodating over the phone when I made an error on ordering the cheese and service was polite and brief upon pickup. I will return for a dine-in redemption round.
