We have enjoyed having Red Hill Station on Cortland for both lunch & dinner. They offer a nice variety of sandwiches, large salads, and seafood. Their oysters are quite good & they vary the offerings regularly.
Delicious fresh seafood, simple yet perfectly cooked and seasoned. Not a morsel left on our plates. A must for the Bernal heights area. Try the lemon crusted cod or the clams with fresh pasta and garlic with white wine
I was here on a work event so I was able to partake into some pretty delectable seafood. We came early enough that it wasn't busy which was a plus to us as our server gave us more attention. They've got tons of options and if it wasn't for my company paying for it, I would have freaked out at the prices and ordered something small. That said, I went with some trout as I hadn't had it in ages since being a teenager. It was pretty good, flaky, not overdone, couldn't complain. I really liked some of the breads and dips that were brought out as an appetizer, even moreso than the fish to be honest. If there's any complaint, it would probably be that the decor is a bit boring, but don't let that dissuade you.

The place is not huge but it’s not very busy. The servers are very friendly and helpful, they accommodate any of your needs. Seafood is high quality and the cooking is excellent. While prices are high this is to be expected when it comes to seafood. You can also find here the iconic San Francisco crab. The area is not very busy and you can park right at the door.
Incredible. Everything we had was amazing, with the clam chowder bread bowl being one of the best clam chowders I've ever had. The creme brulee is absolutely delicious as well. Large serving sizes and great flavor, you must try this place out. Bonus: it wasn't too busy on a Friday night!
It’s not often I want to take everyone I know to a restaurant, but Seafood Station was that good. The clam chowder pot pie is a brilliant idea and was executed perfectly (note that while it’s a starter, it’s more than large enough to be a main dish on its own). We also got the trout with veggies and the creme brûlée—both delicious and everything else we saw also looked great. I’ll absolutely be back next time I’m in SF!
The kitchen is definitely slow so don't go there if you're in a rush. But the server and owners are very friendly and attentive. The food was very good. Highly recommend the mussels.
Great local seafood restaurant. Nice family service and delicious food. Reminds me of what SF use to be. Well be back when we are craving this type of cuisine!
Surprisingly great seafood, the calamari was EXTREMELY good. The clam chowder was also great, although at first I wanted more clam pieces they were all at the end of my soup bowl which made for a happy ending. Service is really great as well. Would come back!
Wow, they are in my top 5 list in San Fran, this was putside my normal area, glad we went.
Had the clam chowder pot pie and trout. Both outstanding! From outside it looks a bit plain, but the food and service are so good. Try it once and you will go back again and again. I know i will.
Me and my wife are very particular, and this is one of our very favorite places to eat out in SF. The food is always delicious and it’s a family run establishment where the employees have all been there for a very long time. That’s saying a lot. You can go to this place and will always be greeted like a Bernal local, very warm, and did I mention the food is great?! I don’t give 5 stars easily and highly recommend it. Great chowder,trout, and the cilantro mussels with chorizo are fantastic.
I Absolutely adore this establishment! I safely celebrated my sons birthday Friday night at their outside dining, where we all ordered a Variety of Dishes (a few pics posted.) Every single item was made to Perfection!! From the Seafood Pasta, the Fish & Chips, Steamed Garlic Butter White Wine Mussels, a Pound of Spicy Shrimp & even the Cheeseburger - everyone was Extremely Satisfied as the Quality was outstanding!! We’ll definitely be returning customers!!
