Pretty alright quick take out dim sum place. Cha xiu buns had too much bun and not enough meat. Soup dumplings are not good. Shrimp dumplings are really good though, would recommend. Pricing is really reasonable too.

Best dim sum in China town, way better than Good Mong Kok Bakery. I went to the Good Mong Kok first, th service is horrible and lots of local cut in the line there. This one is way more friendly and well organized!

First of all, I was impressed with how much food 20 dollars will get you! WOW on the prices. I thought the food was excellent flavor, and some other reviews reflect on carb load, that is no joke. The carbs are heavy if you get anything that is breaded, the steamed dumplings are great, and a nice large portion of meat in the dumplings as well. This was a delicious choice and I noticed compared to some of the other dim sum places around, this one seemed to be very popular and a large majority of customers looked to be local, so that says something about the business and quality of food right there. I highly recommend this dim sum eatery to anyone wanting to experience some delicious lunch!

delicious dim sum was my family's chinatown takeout spot as a kid so it was nostalgic coming back! located in SF chinatown near many other dim sum spots (a block away from the popular good mong kok). came here because there was no line and reviews said it was bigger/cheaper. they take cash or card (with a transaction fee). menu has pictures and prices. most items are $2.80 for 3 - i think some other dim sum places give you for 4 for $3, but some items are noticeably cheaper here. // pork shumai (3 for $2.80) // these are always my favorite here. they're pretty consistent and a good size. // har gow (3 for $2.80) // second favorite. good size, sometimes the outside rice part gets a little hard/dry if you eat it later but this is how it is from most dim sum places. // char siu bao (3 for $2.80) // this was disappointing to me. $2.80 for 3 is a good price because other places sell 1 for $1.70, but it was underwhelming. the baos look big which is good but the filling to bread ratio is very low. there was barely any bbq pork, the rest was very bread-y. it still tasted good but i wish i had gotten these from another bakery. // pork and shrimp dumplings (3 for $2.80) // first time trying these. pretty good, standard dumplings. my order total should have been $11.20 but the employee told me $13.50. when i asked she said it was because tax, but that seems too high so i wasn't sure if she was overcharging me. but oh well, it's still reasonably priced for dim sum. i'd come back for the shumai, har gow, and other dumplings.

Food was great! There was a line for this place so my husband and I decided to stop in! A wonderful assortment of foods, sweet and savory! You can see the food being prepared in the kitchen when you enter. Cool experience while we were in the area!

Great spot for low-priced, excellent quality dim sum take-out. We got a good sampling of dim sum here for under $25 while visiting San Francisco. The staff were super helpful while ordering and the menu has photos if you aren't sure. Definitely a "cheap eats" place but the food quality isn't cheap. There is one table in the restaurant if you absolutely can't take it away. Great experience and tasty food, would definitely visit again on another trip to the city.

To be honest, the dimsum is not the best best quality. I had better ones nearby. However, still tastes great, the employee speaks good English and was KIND! I would still give 5 stars :)

This place is legit. Very affordable prices, honestly delicious dim sums as the name suggests, and kind people working behind the counter. There is one table at the back of the bakery if you want to sit down and eat there; they’ll give you soy sauce and hot pepper sauce if you choose to stay. Definitely get the fried sticky rice dimpling (#12)!
