The staff was outstanding. The food was delicious and desert was good as well. The total experience was great. We were out celebrating my husband's birthday every dish was great!!! the appetizers!!! Everything was fabulous. We will definitely go back!!! Thank you and cheers to the cheff and staff!!!
We had our monthly wine lunch here and enjoyed a good number of Italian wines with food that was paired perfectly by the Owner, David. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Italian Wines. The food was tremendous. Give this place a try. It shouldn't let you down.
After dropping off my old Limticker Relay to my pal Bell Housing at his shop The Wicked Weasel over on Belmont Avenue I headed straight to the Bella Trattoria for some amazing lobster fettuccine, all I can say is WOW! The meal was extraordinary, as was the service. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆
I have absolutely fallen in love with this place. I got the carbonara sbagliatta and it was delightful! Very simple and elegant dish. The atmosphere was intimate and every table is accompanied by candlelight. Gianluca took our service completely to the next level. His level of professionalism, friendliness and customer service really made the whole experience for us. This is the kind of place you want to introduce to everyone you love. I will be back next time we're in the city, that's for sure.
The food is so delicious. We ordered BRUSCHETTA, BURRATA, GNOCCHI VERDI, AGLIO E OLIO, PORCHETTA SAN DANIELE and for desserts we ordered PANNA COTTA and HOME-MADE GELLATO HAZELNUT + SICILIAN PISTACCHIO. The service is superb.. must try the gelato. Super delicious. Highly recommended.
what a delicious meal with great service and at a decent price point! came here to enjoy lunch with some friends on a saturday afternoon. we had the orecchiette, carbonara, puttanesca, and bruschetta. the texture of all of the pastas were PERFECT, especially the orecchiette. flavors were great (i wish the carbonara were a tad saltier but overall was still quite good).
the service was wonderful; our waiter was very flexible with swapping out pasta types in a dish and even gave us two panna cottas on the house to end our meal on :-). would definitely come again!
It was amazing experience. First of all, servers were really kind and he passionately explained the menu. Absolutely, the taste of the foods were very good. Especially, cacio e pepe was fantastic!! pizza, gnocchi, pasta, salad, and even dessert were perfect. I would like to recommend this restaurant to my friends who will visit san francisco.
This place has great food and excellent vibes, they took us in late and still provided wonderful service. My favorite was the ravioli as the sauce complemented the pasta perfectly. When you visit the pannacotta for dessert is needed, it was scrumptious.
Gnocchi was delicious, pillowy and soft, mushroom pinsa tasty but $4 sausage add on charge not worth it given that there was literally one piece of sausage per slice. Nutella donuts for dessert disappointing as not freshly fried and was dry. Service was excellent. Nice cozy ambience.
This a perfect place for a nice date night or dinner with family. It was a really nice experience overall. Our server was very knowledgeable and attentive. He had answers to all our questions, as well as recommendations.
This is a small local business. It’s partially Black owned, partially Lantinx owned - the owners are Morgan Anderson and David Gonzalez.
The decor is beautiful and they have a full bar. We got some free samples of fried polenta to start, along with fresh bread.
We loved the Orecchiette Coi Friarelli - ear shaped pasta with kale, chopped eggplant, zucchini, and bechamel sauce. This was delicious!
We also got the had the Tagliolini with salmon, bechamel sauce, topped with Tobiko fish eggs. Our friends both had the Potato Gnocchi with sausage and tomato sauce. As you can see, all the dishes are beautiful and very thoughtfully prepared.
This is a small business that gives you a taste of Italy right here in SF. We recommend!
the most delicious gluten free gnocchi i have ever had the pleasure of having. incredibly helpful and kind service, very accommodating for food allergies. lovely gelato and we got a serving panna cotta as compensation for waiting a little longer for our food.
This is a hidden gem for sure. The service was great, there’s actually real Italians working here. The food was amazing. The pasta was so fresh and the sauces weren’t too heavy. There’s even a pool table and a good happy hour daily from 4-6pm. It doesn’t get much better than this. If you’ve got a craving for good drinks, good Italian food, and great ambiance, roll through here.
