I love Miller's East Coast. I usually go for one of the Reuben variations. My favorite is the Pastrami Reuben called the Rachael. It is huge with lots of wonderfully salty Pastrami on rye they don't overdo the dressing like some places do. I had the potato salad and pickle on the side.
The wait staff are friendly and attentive. I also got a bowl of Matzo ball soup to take home to my sweetie who was home with a cold. Soup, it's good for what ails you.

What's not to like? They have everything (except mashed potatoes, mysteriously)! This is one of the few Jewish delis in SF. The menu is ridiculously large and everything I've ever had is fresh. Great for take out too, especially if you're picnicking or wandering around town for the day. Great corned beef, bagels, etc. Enjoy!

Good delis are becoming harder and harder to find in America. From coast to coast, their numbers appear to be in steady decline. So, dropping into this mainstay was a pure delight.
The food was so good, I forgot to take pictures of it before it was all eaten. Excellent pastrami and chicken soup here. Terrific and friendly service from Adrienne. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 🏆

Easily the best corned beef sandwich I’ve ever had. On top of that, this place nailed the East Coast atmosphere and staff is solid.

NY Special Pastrami with a side of Mac Salad in a small cup, and a bite size of salty Cucumber.
- The sandwich is big, a large pile of meat in between 2 toast, cheese and cold slaw.
-Mac Salad: The cup is so small, you don't need a spoon. You can simply tap the bottom of it into your mouth.
-Salty Cucumber: I didn't use the word pickle because it's not pickled. It taste like they just soaked it in salt water and hopes for the best. Doesn't even have the crunch or the taste of normal pickles.

An amazing pastrami sandwich and the menu is off the hook. Always a SF favorite. We just paid Millers another visit with some new people. They loved it too!

Best east coast style deli I have found so far in San Francisco. Has that classic diner feel with the irresistible sounds and smells of food coming together on the flat top grill. The turkey pastrami sandwich was large and decadent and certainly did not disappoint..

Good sandwiches. I believe that they have a good variety of out of the norm dishes. The blintz were great!

Service was great and the food was fantastic. I can't remember the last time I had a good egg cream and they delivered.

Best matzo ball soup! Wonderful pastrami! The only thing I had that I felt was so-so was the chopped liver, which was a little too sweet for me. But everything else has been delicious and, I think, a really good value.
