I've never had their coffee here. I came to have brunch with a friend, the menu had all light/healthy food. It had a good decent amount of people in the shop, it wasnt too crowded. I ordered the chorizo egg hash, which was delicious! Overall I think the only thing I have to complain about is the price. But you pay high for quality food.

I've was really excited to give Mount Zion Cafe - UCSF Medical Center a try, but I came here mainly looking for food first, coffee art second. So I was a little disappointed that their food menu was not too extensive, and the prices were extremely high. I ended up ordering just a latte, which tasted fine, but I was sad that I couldn't get a decently priced meal from here.

The dining staff making the daily entrees and at the grill give top service. Always friendly. The menu varies which I appreciate. The small cafe makes the best tea and matcha lattes!!
