Food was amazing. Service was great and low key. No push. Just straight service. Drinks were kickin'. Music had the vibe. Taste was extraordinary. All the way around this place was excellent.
Top notch food and service, dark restaurant with great vibes from the workers. I ordered the pork shoulder and it was wonderful. Just pulled right apart and fell right in my mouth. The sauce that was with it was very good and light. We ordered the fried okra with jalapeño aïoli sauce was great with the hot sauce they have. We also orders the Mac and cheese that was wonderful also great taste and texture. The chef hooked us up with Fried green tomatoes wraith a tartar sauce in sprouts on top. My friend got the chicken and waffles looks great the chicken was fluffy and fell apart just great. Sat right by the kitchen and got to see all the action and how well flowed the kitchen is.
Great southern style comfort food! As soon as I said fried okra to my husband, he was excited to go here. He grew up on southern food and this was very comforting for him. I didn't grow up with much southern food but I was pleasantly surprised by how good everything was. And they have both alcoholic and non alcoholic slushees! Definitely recommend.
The food is great. The fried chicken was nice and crispy. The breast was juicy.
The fried pickles were delicious.
The mini cornbread muffins were bomb.

Would recommend a reservation just in case.
They were busy but were able to seat us out side without a reservation.
Crispy Chicken & Waffles in a Captivating Bar Vibe!
The Front Porch exceeded my expectations with their delicious chicken and waffles. The chicken was perfectly crispy and juicy, a delightful combination. Also had the Gumbo as a nice appetizer to tease the appetite and it has an excellent deep southern flavor
The place has a cool, dark bar-like atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. Highly recommend!
Ordered the pork chilaquiles with a side of andouille sausage. The sausage was good, the chilaquiles were decent after a liberal application of the house hot sauce. My husband really enjoyed the country fried steak, the tater tots here are awesomely crispy.
I brought my mom here for her birthday and was very pleased with everything! The grits, the chicken, the tater tots, the eggs, her burger. All of it was delicious!! We got the pitcher of mimosas...very champagne-y..lol...probably better for 3 or more people but we finished it between the 2 of us.😉
Went here for chicken and waffles 🧇 great little spot with a laid back atmosphere. I only wish there was more dark meat, or options to add more, on my plate. We will be back.

Excellent COVID set up. Booths with dividers and very distanced, but attentive, servers. Food is great, staff is local and people we like to support, and the neighborhood safe. A+ transition to safe outdoor dining (with heaters!)
Gluten free fried chicken (shares oil with other glutenful things) and a great gluten free pork roast thing. Vegan (non salad) choices. You can take your hard to feed friends here.
Patio reservations suggested. They get busy and only allow so many people (they are really focused on keeping everyone safe.) They aren’t planning to transition to inside dinning anytime soon - they bought heaters to keep the patio open through winter.
Good for dates.
Food: I ordered the Stoner Stack. Enjoyed it immensely. BUT! Tasted a bite of my BFs Chicken Fried Steak. OMG. I've been on many adventure to find the best Chicken Fried Steak and hands down - the best so far. Love the spices.
