They convey one price and charge you more when you pay . I noticed after I had already paid and given my receipt. The manager would only offer to refund me my money and no food. He specifically said you can get the refund or just take it for what it is.
I politely said put yourself in my shoes as a consumer, how is it my fault you have one price on the menu and then charge me more at paying .

Took over 20 minutes to get TWO spamasubi’s. The people who ordered after me ordered combos and they got their orders before I got mine. Staff is either lazy or very disorganized. Love L&L but I wouldn’t go to this one again. If it was possible, I would’ve just left a review with no stars, because this L&L doesn’t deserve even one.

These local guys were unbelievable. Jan 3 we were in town and needed to cater food for 15 folks. Although the New Year weekend cleaned them out of food, they still accommodated our double order.
The food feed our son’s co-workers, some from Hawaii. They were so appreciative Mahalo all.

Edit: just saw one of the employees put his hands inside his boxers 🤮🤮🤮🤮 procceds to touch the register and go to the back room where they handle food right after 🤢 the young man with tattoos that saggs his pants while in the restaurant.
Long wait time for order, they didn't even start making the order about 15-20 minutes of waiting

Can’t rate 0 stars so here’s one I guess. It took 30 freaking minutes to make a regular bbq chicken bowl and musubi’s. There was no excuse for why they were taking forever other than the fact that they were constantly talking and not making my order. This is just completely unacceptable.

Good spot for island comfort food. The BBQ is always tasty, and the Filipino sausage musubi served here is a family favorite (local take on the claddic spam musubi using longinisa instead of spam). The fact that they gave us water cups to use while we waited in order to have something to sip on was a vey nice touch. The bench along the wall needs to be re-upholstered, but otherwise thr place appeared well kept. The restroom is coin-op here, and parking can be a bit tricky as the lot is small and it is normally busy due to the Starbucks and Panda Express drive-throughs, but these are minor things if you are looking for a good Hawaiian BBQ spot close to the 32nd St. Naval Base.
