Alright guys I feel like I should keep this place a secret but I can’t. It should be a crime on how incredible every sandwich is here. Went for the first time yesterday and split a smoked tri tip sandwich and a smoked brisket sandwich. Holy shit it was amazing! My only regret is I waited so long to try the spot out. The staffs are amazing, the foods are amazing, the aroma when you first walk in is amazing... need I say more? If you haven’t tried this spot out, don’t wait or you’ll regret it too. FYI this is my first time ever reviewing a food spot, so I just want to reiterate just how incredible this place is!

Best brisket sandwich ever. Actually the best hot sandwich of any kind ever. I am def going back when I visit San Diego again.
Meatball sub was spot on awesome fresh! Went in for lunch. Service was fast. I will be back again.

They make excellent hot and cold sandwiches. All sandwiches can be made into salads, which I tried, and they are so so so good! Very healthy and tasty.
We have been eating all over SD and today this deli and these sandwiches have topped the 5 star restaurants this trip. We had the #1 and #7 toasted, although simple the ingredients, that were fresh, that’s what makes it delicious. You don’t always need fancy sauces and ingredients for absolute perfection! We will be back and thank you for the hospitality!!
I do a fair amount of traveling and I'm a bit of a sandwich snob, but the brisket sandwich they have here is the best sandwich I've ever had. Soft/crunchy bread, delicious brisket, cheese, tomato lettuce, a touch of magic sauce... Outstanding!
A really great local spot to dine-in, or grab a quick bite from! It was our first visit, and we got A chocolate chip cookie, the PL Pointer, and the Boomers BLT. I especially liked the turkey used in the PL, and the artisan baguette on the BLT. The cookie was chocolate-y and soft!
Our food came out quickly, and service was great. The cashier was great at explaining the menu (hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, vegan options) to us. Will be back again :)
I in quite frequently & usually get the #1 the USS Midway. The sandwich is delicious I order it with whole wheat bread and to be heated with everything on it this is my favorite way of having the sandwich. Not only are their prices on par all their ingredients are very fresh and are very good.
One of my favorite things about this establishment is the customer service seems right on point. There has been a couple of times where the sandwich wasn't made exactly how I requested it to be they were more than happy to redo the sandwiches. Also they do have cookouts to where you can order tri-tips and whole meals for a generally Fair cost right off the barbecue. I believe once a week they also have poke that's very fresh.

Yo, I gotta tell you 'bout the "just the tip" sandwich – it's straight fire, fo' shizzle! Picture this: Traeger Smoked Tri-Tip, BBQ Sauce, Herb Mayo, Lettuce, Tomato, Jalapeno Crispies and Provolone Cheese on an Artisan Baguette, all minglin' in your mouth like a party. It’s where it's at. My fave sandwich spot in San Diego!
This little gem in the heart of Point Loma never disappoints. They have amazing sandwiches, super fresh ingredients and very well-balanced flavor profiles. The sandwiches are also huge, you really get what you pay for—one order can almost be two separate meals. My favorite sandwiches are the USS Nimitz, the Rockslides, and the OB Longhorn. They have really good potato salad as well as a nice selection of chips and sodas. Highly recommend this spot!
Got the 13. The brisket sando. Brisket was epic!! Sliced thin. My friend got the tri tip which had jalapeño crunchiest on it. And they have Societe beer on tap. Let’s go!!
