We came in for lunch on a Friday...like other reviewers, we experienced some difficulty navigating the tight parking lot. Once inside, we were greeted warmly and seated quickly. Sitting at the bar, we chose a variety of sushi and two large rolls. The big secret here is the half priced rolls which really kept our final tab low. When they ran out of halibut, the chef suggested red snapper instead and gave us the same price. The snapper was an upgrade and we loved it. Would return here again if we are in the neighborhood.
A lot of 50% sushi makes this place a good deal. Enjoy the seaweed salad the most. Service can be slow, but they are always super friendly. Parking is tough in the little shopping center.

To be fair, we came in on a Wednesday night. The location is not all that great as in it's a little tough to get into due to the traffic flow. Decor is average. We sat at the bar, sushi chef Jay was friendly and funny. A big plus for me is they have four types of tobiko which not all places carry these days. Sushi was OK, not superb, not bad. Again, to be fair, Wed. Is not a delivery day for them. We had one specialty roll which was ok. Service was excellent. I would rate them average to slightly above.
Yum yum! We love this place for the sushi and the strawberry chilled sake. Garlic edamame is oh so yummy and always a must. Happy hour menu every day 3-6pm.
Found this sushi place..by accident.
And I am glad.. the location is a bit difficult..but its totally worth the effort.

And yummy....also got the spicy tuna rolls..its was delicious..I'm definitely going to be back to this place...I'm super happy I found it. Also I don't have any pictures because I just couldn't stop eating..its that good 🤗😛

We decided to give this place a try after looking through pages of reviews for good sushi near our hotel. We were NOT disappointed! The selection was good, the prices were fair, and the quality was great! Our server was attentive and everything we ordered was fresh and delicious! This is our new go-to place for when we visit San Diego. Great experience!

We've been coming here for at least 5 years, we love it here. It truly is our favorite sushi restaurant. Love the Spicy Cilantro roll, and my boyfriend loves the Wow-wow. We moved out to East County & happily make the drive here, it's worth it!
This review is long over due. My husband and I eat here at least once a week (we always sit at the bar). The sushi is fresh and the sashimi cuts are much larger than most other sushi bars. The waitresses and sushi chefs are all very friendly. The food always comes out fast. We love this place!!!!
Come down for happy hour. Some giant rolls for just $7 (premium rolls) and $4 (regular rolls). They are also super delicious! Service was very nice and the environment is comfortable and clean. This is definitely gonna be a regular spot from now on.
Great service, even better food! Our server recommended we do the Hungry Man roll and I am so glad we did, best sushi roll ever! Even my son, who is a picker eater, loved his chicken katsu kids meal so much that we had to order a dinner entree after he ate it all up! Cost is reasonable, if you live in the area or visiting like us...a must try!
