I visited from Oregon, this place was absolutely amazing!!! The food, service, quality and atmosphere, was fantastic!!! Felt like family had you over for a meal!!! I recommend this dining experience to anyone I talk to!
I love the ambience, the service, and the food. This is the place we go when we want a really fine meal near home. We are treated like family.
I went back to this restaurant after a few years. My friend and I ordered each a pizza w special requests, opposite to each other. Both pizza were made beautifully to the order. Lexy did a great job taking notes of it. I had take out between dining in experiences and lasagna was tasty as well. I appreciate how the quality and the taste remain fantastic within reasonable price so Thank you!
An awesome dining experience. I had the special of the night which was the lamb chops. They were cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. We just moved back to the area and have been trying to come here for a while. We booked the reservation for my birthday last month but it had to cancel because the restaurant was doing some renovations. We mentioned that to the management and not only did he comp my birthday dessert, to my surprise he comped our entire meal. Now that was an incredible surprise! In a world with so much cynicism, so much selfishness, and so many people who just don't care, it's nice to know there are still real people out there.

This is one of our GO-TO spot. We love both the food and the staff. The owner is present most nights and is always friendly and welcoming. I love eggplant parmesan. While it is on the appetizer section of menu, combined with a salad, it is plenty as an entree. I am also a big fan of their pizzas. But most often my wife and share a salad and then split the chicken picata. It is a delicious dish served with steamed vegetables and mashed potatoes. The picata sauce is lite, lemony with plenty of lemony, olivey, and salty capers. I don't know how they make their mashed potatoes, but I love them. They are lite and taste almost exclusively of potato. They are not heavily ladened with butter or cream, like some other restaurants do. They are the perfect accompaniment to the picata sauce. They also offer family sized meals to-go. The lasagna is amazing and enough to feed an army. While I have never had food delivered from Vittorio's, they do deliver.
When we first drove up and walked in we were a bit worried. Place was empty but it quickly started filling up so they must have just opened. The food, atmosphere and the service was great! The waiter was very attentive and friendly. Felt a little like being back in Italy. My wife and I will definitely go back.

My wife and I came from Houston, TX to visit my Marine son and celebrate our 9th anniversary and we decided to do take out on our last night in San Diego; luckily we chose Vittorio's! They were so friendly and helpful on the phone, then had a huge trey of lasagna, bread, and salad ready when we arrived and set us up with everything we needed for a great Italian feast in our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and the restaurant was beautiful! Victor, the owner, heard it was our anniversary and asked if we liked wine; my wife said yes and he handpicked and presented a bottle on the house! He made our trip the Best and we just finished the huge entree for our lunch today, lol. My wife loves lasagna and thought this was "the best" she ever had!
We will be back when we visit our son again. Thank you, Victor, for making our night, day amazing!
This place is fantastic. Food, service, atmosphere are amazing. Been here a few times, and Vittorio's never lets us down. Staff is also wonderful.
Food was great, service was great! Would not recommend for date nights or nice dinners. Maybe we ate too early but too many toddlers & children. Took my parents there on a holiday and watched the booth next to us sniff their toddler's diaper several times during our meal. Their kids were obviously the loudest table in the restaurant and kept reaching over their booth into ours. Then the parents ordered coffee, so we left.
Lost my appetite. Food & service : fantastic.
