7 Cafe is one of my favorite places to eat in downtown San Diego. Their sandwiches have the best bread, and the pesto pasta side is incredible. My favorite sandwich is the Dank, but you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

Eggs were perfect to order, Bacon & Tots crispy and delicious, Avocado Spinach Salad flavorful, and a side of French Toast at the end, like a cherry-on -top!!! Great food 🥓🍳 & Sweet service ❤️ at great prices... Yum 😋

Difficult trying to get food here, but these are the best pancakes in SD.
If they’re open, which is unpredictable, they’ll randomly decide at different times of day not to serve pancakes. It’s pretty frustrating to call at 11am and it’s “too late” for pancakes, but other days you can order them at 12pm.
Please be more consistent if possible!
