On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

Our server was fun and helpful. We were very close to deadline for Happy Hour but she managed to get our order in on time. Menu is huge and offers main entrees as well as combos and side dishes fajitas and fish. I had draft Modelo beer. Chips were freshly made with spicy salsa. We sat in bar where we could watch sports on TVs

5 stars for the service and food. This could've been a 1 star visit, but our waiter and the manager saved the day. My friend ordered the endless enchiladas. I always get the fajitas with tomatoes instead of onions and peppers. Well, the kitchen lost our ticket. So it took a really long time for our food to come. The waiter told us what was happened and made sure we had plenty of chips and kept our sodas full. When the food did come, it was hot and delicious. The manager came over to apologize and took my order off the bill. Will definitely go back again. They have a really nice patio seating area as well as ample inside seating.

Went there last Tuesday for the taco Tuesday special. Dining area was busy but the service was still quick. Our server as usual was really nice, explained the specials, brought drinks and food as quickly as she could, and was always super attentive. We loved our food and the tacos were delicious. Would come here again soon.

Very well filled with meat and not with salad as one would think for 99¢ tacos. Would recommend the happy hour specials!

Our server was Conor. We went to the Mission Valley location he was so attentive always filling the chips and salsa encouraging us to try other enchilada flavors. My brother and I had a couple.drinks and endless enchiladas which is the best deal in town right now. Nice restaurant nice atmosphere but most of all an amazing server this place is a triple threat. Totally enjoyed ourselfs❤

Great food, fantastic ambiance, good price, and large portions- no complaints! The manager even stopped by every table to see how everyone was doing and how the good was, that alone speaks volumes! I had the tree enchiladas (carnitas) and a strawberry margarita. Good place to grab a bite before my flight!
