Supernatural Sandwiches

We almost lost supernatural sandwiches. Over the last few years they've been closing most of their locations. This Miramar location did close for a little while while they figure things out. Luckily do we opened so that we can enjoy their awesome sandwiches. I've been coming here since they had to pop up at the Farmers market and I'm a still a fan to this day. My favorite is the classic siren sandwich and I also go with the trident. The shrimp and the siren is season perfectly and taste delicious and fresh. The balsamic tomato mixture that they put in it just perfectly compliments the sandwich. The bread is also very fresh and delicious. I also like the trident sandwich. Both are my favorites but I do try all their other sandwiches also and they are delicious. I probably tried like 80% of the sandwiches. They also have draft beer here so if that's something you'd like you can enjoy with your sandwich. Staff is awesome and parking is plentiful.

There are no stars that can describe the taste of the Aphrodite sandwich. From my traveling background, this is one of the best tasting sandwiches I've ever had. The location is OK as it is on the main miramar Road, but it has no impact whatsoever to the quality of the food. I paired this with a draft beer from the selection, and I had the pleasure of tasty food of san diego.

Very unique spot, ordered the recommended siren shrimp sandwich and fries. The fries were amazing 10/10 the sandwich was excellent flavor however the experience eating it was another. Just like the seafood our catch kept slipping out the sandwich going everywhere but where it was intended....my belly. Please cut the bread further down so we can enjoy the stuffings and not all over. Otherwise excellent. If you can see the picture the unused portion of the bread was almost half the sandwich. Only reason keeping back my extra ⭐

Update 26-AUG-2023: Since the last time I've been here the place went from serving only lunch, closed down, then reopened. I'm usually in the area for dinner so stopped by again. Food type is the same as before though prices have gone up a bit. Ordered the Kirin (shrimp and chinese sausage banh mi) and Leviathon fries to go. Fries were huge with lots of scallops and shrimp. Sandwich was big and saved half for another meal. Sandwiches still come with shrimp chips. Overall still has great seafood sandwiches. Tasty seafood sandwiches and great service. Usually go for dinner and is rarely busy.

This place is bomb! I randomly came across them while heading to class. The atmosphere is nice, and the people there were extremely friendly. It seems like a great place to hang out and watch a couple of games with friends. I ordered a sandwich called "Griffin" which is Spicy lobster and Patagonia shrimp grilled cheese (Brioche bread, lobster, shrimp, three-chilli aioli, chilli flakes, italian tomatos, 4 cheese blend (pecorino, white cheddar, mozzarella, goat cheese)). That sandwich was extremely tasty! I recommend giving it a shot. I will be going back to try other things on their menu soon.

Co-worker recommended this place for lunch. Everything looks so good online. Parking was easy even on a Friday at 11:45AM. I ordered the Triton fries and Neptune salad. The fries were crunchy and yummy with all the fixings on top. The sandwich bread was nicely toasted and delicious. Will go back and try other items.

I crave seafood nonstop and I found this place on google & I thought I'd give it a try. I made a big order because I wanted to try a few of the items that people were talking about. The Neptune sandwich was amazing! I was in shock at how simple but flavorful it was. The bread for the sandwiches was nicely toasted and amazing. The chipotle sauce they serve the fries with was so good!! I dipped EVERYTHING in it. The garlic noodles I got for my coworker but she said they tasted delicious. The siren was bomb too, but the Neptune was more flavorful in my opinion! My boss got the phoenix and was a huge fan. He said it was messy but worth it. I'll definitely be back to try new things next time. This place is worth taking a trip to get!
