I initially came here for the selection but found myself opting for a cup of Hot Organic Golden Milk prepared with oat milk instead. The beverage was a delightful surprise, boasting a creamy texture with subtle sweetness and a hint of ginger. The cafe offers an serene ambiance with a tidy setting with spacious tables. It's evident that many of the the customers engage in various activities, from using their laptops to reading or studying. Service was prompt, with my drink quickly delivered to my table, and the staff actively maintaining cleanliness throughout. The cafe's pet-friendly policy and expansive menu spanning all-day breakfast and lunch options are noteworthy, showcasing a diverse and satisfying array of choices. While I had already eaten elsewhere and only intended to indulge in their coffee, I'm inclined to return and explore their coffee offerings and diverse menu.

The atmosphere of the cafe is open and spacious, great for people watching, and the location is superb. However, the coffee, I felt, is average for the price point ($6.50 not including tax/tip), if not a little lackluster. Turkish Latte had too many coffee grounds in it, which made drinking it unpleasant. I know this is part of Turkish coffee experience, but I didn't realize it wasn't just using normal espresso. Lofty Style Nola was okay and refreshing but didn't taste the chicory too much. The for-here cups for cold drinks is just plastic take out cups without a lid (wish it was glass), and my pet peeve is paper straws that make the coffee taste like cardboard. The employees and vibe is cafe is great, but in terms of specialty coffee, Lofty had a lot of variety but not sure if I should have stuck with a normal latte instead here instead.

We are happy to see this place open again. Great spot in Little Italy to meet up friends and get coffee. I’m torn, their coffee is better than a typical 4 star coffee but it’s not a true 5 star either. My vanilla latte was great and deserves 5 stars but salted caramel latte was at best 4 stars. Had to go back and ask them to adjust the syrup! I’ll try again in a few weeks and rate again, if needed.

Lofty Coffee in San Diego serves locally roasted coffee while offering breakfast and lunch. I have tried the granola and the Flower Child from their menu, and both looked stunning and tasted very good. However, the granola was a bit too sweet for my taste. The atmosphere of the cafe is pretty nice and the staff is friendly. While some reviewers have mentioned slow service and disappointing breakfast, my experience was positive overall. If you're looking for a trendy coffee shop to enjoy a break during your visit at the Farmers Market in Little Italy, it can surely be worth giving it a try.

This café is cute and cozy. Enjoyed its creative decorations and environment. I went there for my hubby's half marathon with Rock N Roll. While waiting for him to get closer to the finish line, I ordered a warm croissant and salted caramel latte with oat-milk. They were delicious! I also ordered a sandwich (sausage, egg & cheddar croissant). Staff were friendly and professional. Its Wi-Fi was great and fast. Because of the run event there was a long time and had to wait more than for 5 mins. When you're in San Diego downtown I would recommend to stop by this café!

Great atmosphere, great coffee. Lots of choices for both food and drinks. The iced salted caramel latte was really, really good. Staff were very friendly. I was there at a rather busy time, my order slip must’ve gotten misplaced because it took 17 minutes for my drink order to be completed. One of the baristas noticed that customers who ordered after me were getting their drinks and asked for my name. She found the ticket and completed my order.
