Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

I went here solely because of my Veteran's Day special. But, it won't be our last time there. The food was outstanding, hot, and fast!! Even the bottomless fries were hot and fresh. Service was great as well. We all know they are expensive for burgers, but IMO to ensure you get a HOT, TASTY burger, it is well worth it and their fries are great as well!

The staff was great. We were a party of 3 guys who were very hungry after doing our games. They had us seated and drinks on the table in no time. Our food was hot and the taste was excellent. Our drinks never went empty. The manager even stopped by our table and asked how things were. It was a good experience to be treated so well.

The overall experience was good. There was an issue with my burger, it did not come as ordered, I ordered avocado not guacamole. But they did rectify it pretty quickly. The burgers were great and everything else was as too, also their assortment of fries and the different types that you can order is great. I personally ordered the garlic, but at my table we also had the sweet potato fries , the steak fries and the zucchini fries. My favorite was the zucchini fries, followed by the garlic fries. Spacing was good, we are still a little cautious about Covered-19, so we where seated with enough room between our tables to feel safe. The waiter could have been a little more attentive, but nothing I would say was bad. Visited 07.13.21 around 3:00pm

The Black and Bleu Burger was super scrumptious and the campfire sauce here for my bottomless fries was mind-blowing. Tasted like Chick-fil-A sauce but better. The service here was also phenomenally quick and amazing thanks to our server Kyle. We had our drinks within a thirty to sixty seconds and our food came within twenty minutes of ordering. Hope to come here again.

They served me Chicken Tortilla Soup with no chicken in... but they did at least remake it for me and took it off the check. Root beer float was also really good. Somewhat long wait time considering it wasn't super busy so consider how much you're going to pay for parking for the extra hour the food takes.

The restaurant is usually quite lively, especially on the weekends! You can also watch your favourite game here as long as it can be found on local stations plus they will usually change the station if you ask them cordially. It's a family place at times and their menu is centered around burger type food. Red Robin is known for unlimited refills on their fries, broccoli and soda drinks which is great when your super hungry. The menu is also varied with chicken and fish items plus they just anounced a new plant based patty for those who are vegetarians and it surely can be modified for vegans too. The staff is very friendly and the manager will often come around to serve food and chat which is comforting since they will make sure your every need is met each time. The only complaint is their tavern burgers can't be made to order and that is disappointing. The rewards program is worthy with a free burger on your birthday plus other weekly specials and discounts too.
