Had a very pleasant lunch with my daughter this week at The Joint in Ocean Beach, San Diego. The sushi was quite tasty, I had the Spicy Tuna Roll and the BOMB-A-LICIOUS Roll. There are many other great choices on the menu, too. They have a fine selection of local craft beer and all the usual cocktails. The service was excellent and the staff were very attentive. I can't say enough about this spot. The food is un-freaking-real. Best Sushi in town, and the tapas menu is completely off the hook. I have never had even one bite there that wasn't fabulous. I drive 45 mins each way to eat there. The beer and booze selection is beautifully curated. The staff is friendly and on top of everything. 5 stars is not nearly enough. Just fantastic. So glad they are open for lunch again too!!!!!

Enjoyed the outdoor seating while having sushi and tapas (patatas bravas, tacos). The main menu is a little on the expensive side but the happy hour deals are great.

We went in with a group of friends for Happy Hour birthday drinks and sushi. We had a great time. Our server, Maggie; was awesome. Good was delicious, especially the pork belly tacos and the salmon bacon avocado hand roll.

The food was good and the atmosphere was great! I loved that the chef was willing to make food off of the dinner menu for the kiddos even though it wasn't dinner time when we went.
The portion sizes are big for the size, and the food was delicious. Also, try the truffle fries if you ever find your self dinning here, you can thank me later lol!

I came here after my wife insisted I take advantage of their happy hour and I am glad I did. I ordered so much food and even had a ton I took home and I didn't even go over $40. Our server was very sweet and polite. So was the rest of the staff. I will definitely visit again
