Magnificent experience, my friend suggested we have the Lobster Ravioli and the Meatball appetizers, we also enjoyed the most wonderful bread. Then we decided to share the Tomahawk Rybeye with Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes. I enjoyed a small amount of Creamy Horse Radish sauce for my Ribeye. Nick was the most attentive waiter.

Great experience. Food and services was great. It is pricey but if you have it do it. It’s definitely worth the experience and it’s great

This steakhouse is nothing short of five stars! From the time my party and I walked in we were greeted by the host, seated, and immediately approached by our waiter for food and drink services. I ended up trying the chicken dish with mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and mushrooms, and it was incredibly good! For wine, I stuck with sauvignon blanc by the bottle for my group and for dessert, I was able to try the chocolate hazelnut mousse and the creme brûlèe- both very delicious! If you're ever in Downtown SD and you're looking for a top tier steakhouse with fine dining, Morton's is your place for sure!

Had a successful business dinner here this week. The wait staff was attentive and did a good job anticipating what the table needed. The food was phenomenal, as expected. The seafood tower was a hit with everyone, as was the steak. And the desserts were being raved about the next day. I had the bread pudding- Yumm! And more than one person said the cheesecake was truly the best they’d ever had. Great job, Morton’s!

It was my hubby bday/graduation fr college. Absolutely his favorite restaurant. He loved everything. Appetizers were wagyu meatballs, and crab cake, which was Amazing. Waygu Steak with truffle butter, whiskey flight, 8oz lobster tail n the lyonise potatos. Truffle fries. Everything was superior! Great customer service.

I love Morton’s, but during our last visit the vibe had changed. The crowd was under-dressed (not that I have a problem with it, but it used to be a restaurant were you would dress up for a fancy dinner) Service was not closed to what it used to be.. and one of our steaks arrived over cooked :/ I would suggest more attention to detail

It is one of the best steakhouses in San Diego with a good selection of steaks and side dishes. The desert menu was just ok. Food was cooked to perfection, and service was equally commendable. Portions were healthy and filling. The ambiance was a bit outdated and could use a modern touch for the sake of aesthetics. Parking is at a premium due to location and seemingly always special events downtown. Suggest use of valet service, as it is reasonably priced, not including tip. Restaurant is easily accessible from nearby streets and easy to find. Will definitely return for any other special occasion.

Wow! First time, but not the last! My wife and I celebrated our 12 year anniversary, and we weren't disappointed! Everything was fresh, vibrant, and made to perfection. The scallops, salmon, and the filet mignon were top shelf entrées let me tell you! We also ordered the chopped salad, which was excellent! Rian was our server, and she didn't disappoint. Very personable and friendly, with amazing food recommendations and a beautiful atmosphere. The whole staff treated us with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Mortons, now I know why you are downtown because this evening, you covered ALL the bases and hit it out of the park! Many thanks to you and your staff for making a memorable evening for us both!

No matter where I go for NYE I have a nice steak dinner before the festivities. This years was at San Diego Morton’s before i went to CRSSD’s Proper. Love this Morton because they had Jack Daniel Sinatra’s. The house wine with dinner was good as well.
